Loved the room, layout and had everything we needed. Service was great and the food was really tasty

The bathroom lighting was a bit dark. So hard to put on makeup etc.

We were rushed to order and complete dinner by 20H00 because the hotel has a policy that staff need to leave early on a Sunday. This is not acceptable unless the Sunday rate for accommodation is lower than other days. I checked with staff and it was the same rate as the other days. We only checked in after 18h30 so really had to rush to be able to get dinner.

Such an amazing hotel, all staff so helpful and polite, they made you feel so welcome. Every single member of staff were so caring and we will miss you all. The restaurant food was outstanding and nothing was too much trouble especially with certain food allergies . I have never been anywhere so beautiful with wonderful views; hotel outstanding and the people so genuinely kind and and always there to help. Transfers to the cricket were punctual many thanks to Chris the driver always pleasant and going the extra mile. Thank you to every member of staff you are all amazing from Reception to the Restaurant to housekeeping a very big THANK YOU.

Nothing just perfect

The hotel is absolutely beautiful, stylish, clean with amazing views. The staff are all fantastic; front of house restaurant manager Ria looked after us amazingly and so did the chef and all his team. The food in the restaurant is absolutely beautiful and is fantastic value for the quality. The hotel spa is also amazing - the treatments available are great and the staff are incredibly helpful. Chris from the hotel drove us wherever we needed to go - he was amazing. I couldn't recommend this place enough to stay its absolutely beautiful!

From the reception I received when I walked in, to my beautiful, luxurious, clean and spacious room, to the delicious supper and energising breakfast; I loved everything about the Feather Hill Boutique Hotel. I cannot wait to come back😊

I had the chicken Waffle for breakfast but the chicken had to much skin and not enough meat. It was very tasty but the skins was not nice. The food was very presentable

The staff was amazing. They made the visit more valuable than what it would have been at any other location.

There isnt much to do other than the Spa that was fully booked but still not taking away from the experience.

The snacks in the rooms, some were expired. Expiry date should be checked on all snacks and drinks to avoid experiences like the one we had
