Really great staff, clean, nice smelling facility, food was delicious.

Some constructive criticism, if they can take out the bath with the shower and and curtain and replace it with a proper shower will it make a huge difference. The current set up makes a mess, water all over the bathroom. Aircon is making a lot of noise, especially when trying to sleep. Other than this, the stay was really good.

Myself and son just spent one night at the hotel. Service at reception was good and informative. Room was clean and spacious with 2 double beds (bonus as I didn't have to share with my son. Great to be able to walk across to Mikes Kitchen for dinner.

Bathroom was a little cramped but clean enough. No mini bar that I could see, to keep some items cold overnight.

The breakfast was good - enough variety. And the coffee was excellent. The hotel location is very good and is nice and quite. The proximity of Mikes Kitchen was a plus.

There is only one towel hook behind the door. We reported that the basin hot water tap was loose, but nobody attended to it.

I had my two-year old daughter who is extremely busy. The staff accommodated her and us so well. They also made extra effort for my dad's birthday - it was special to him especially because it was such a big surprise and appeared so naturally from the staff. Big shout out to Lindi for being a Champ!

When we complained about the hairdryer the staff did their best to find an alternative solution

The hotel dedicated parking was not enough for all the guests and we had to park in another area. The hairdryer in the room was not working and should have been picked up by the team as the wires seems burned.

Staff were incredibly friendly, efficient and helpful. Felt welcomed from the Car Park to our room!. Restaurant/breakfast staff were amazing. Housekeeping staff were super helpful. Happy to assist where needed!

Would have liked to have net/mesh curtains or blinds on our ground floor room windows. It was either block-out or free for all to look in from pool side. Had to close block-out curtains in day to change, couldn't use natural light without being fully exposed! Would like water for room, tap if safe or filtered/ bottled - jug or bottle in fridge daily. When used cup was taken away for cleaning, it wasnt returned. At busy check-in/out times, would be great if duty manager could assist reception, battling to handle 3 or guests at a time when duty manager is MIA.

Welcoming at the reception was excellent. Few mins I checked in. Friendly lovely staff. In my room the Garden view was therapeutic. Comfortable bed, clean white linen and pacious room. Breakfast was superb, delicious and fresh. Outdoor dining completed the whole set up. Prompt response from the waiters. Hospitality rating is 10/10. They are not threatened by load shedding, they have smart backUPS. It's conveniently on N12. Willows is the best.

everything was so perfect ,friendly staff we got at the reception area ,they gave us warmth welcome and the guy who was working at night when we arrived after going out at night was so friendly and helpful.not forgetting their breakfast wow it was so delicious....i fully recommend

Spent the weekend there. Nice place. Room was big enough fo r myself. Breakfast was really good. Staff were amazing, especially the dining room staff. Location was great.

The rooms could do with an upgrade. A little bit old.

Lovely pleasant scenery over looking a country estate. The rooms were super clean and the bed very comfortable. The breakfast omelet the chef prepared was perfect. Loved the music at breakfast. Service was great as well. I also made a special request regarding an issue I had although there was some initial internal miscommunication, the issue was resolved very professionally. I was very impressed with that.

It would be nice to incorporate more vegetable side dishes for the breakfast. A mixed veg or baked beans would have complimented the chefs omelet quite well. The bathroom was a bit outdated but very clean
