The cleaning staff our room was cleaned late since we waited we even called

Everything was great from location to facility and to the room. Very welcoming staff and the kitchen was on point. The food was really nice, from breakfast to dinner. The bar tender also did our stay great justice.

Outside the room was not kept clean. I had to ask for the staff to clean but again due to the trees amd the aircon water outlet, it keeps getting dirty equally fast. And then the many monkeys that took the joy out of my trip. Had a confrontation with them on the first day amd that made my partner not to want to go to the pool area or sit outside to get the morning or sunset feel.

The staff was very friendly and helpful as they suggested activities for us which we absolutely loved. I loved the room we had. The bed was big and comfortable, and the pillows were big. They could improve on the maintenance of the entire garden and facilities as they have beautiful facilities and a garden that just need a little more love

The small patio outside the room was not clean sometimes. We couldn't really sit there. The other areas around the facilities are also not cleaned but they are so beautiful. It could be nice if the breakfast could vary, not the same thing for 3 days. Our shower door couldn't close properly, and the water takes long to drain while showering.

I loved the awesome customer service from Barry-:he is the most friendliest,kind and professional. Definitely needed to keep the revenue flowing 😃.he is great for this industry but most importantly for the establishment. Tanaka Ettiene. Tendai

Upon checking in ,front desk was unprofessional (Lesego) We checked in @ past 2, as per the reservations made. Upon arrival no rooms were allocated. Spent 1 hour at the bar to allow staff enough time to get their house in order. Keys received however room 214 and 215 was no cleaned. This was highlighted and Lesego attitude sucks. .no professionalism from her side whatsoever. Please tell her in the hospitality industry you have to put your guest at the core of everything you do. It's called customer centricity.

Everything, as you arrive at the hotel, you are met with a beautiful greenery place, surround by nature and animals. The property is well maintained, huge and good amenities. The rooms we stayed in are spacious, comfortable & beautiful. The reception area operating 24 hours and the kitchen efficiency was excellent. A relaxing atmosphere. Play area and chilling area close by so parents can enjoy and relax while children play and can be monitored. Clean swimming pools, will be perfect for our stay on summer.

The location is perfect, everywhere we visited was a stone's throw away from the hotel. The staff were so delightful, there was a guy there I think he manages the Restaurant or the hotel, but he was very lovely and welcoming and took time to engage with all the guests. I feel so bad for not remembering his name, but he does his job from.the heart and its admirable. Lesego checked us in and was so pleasant and patient. Tanaka at the bar as well was great. Overall your staff is very hands on and professional. The service was exceptional, we will definitely be coming back!

I loved the friendly staff the most. Even the ones passing us in the hotel grounds were just welcoming and pleasant. I will make special mention of Enock who made my kids feel special and acknowledged. He tried the best he could to accommodate their numerous needs.... very good with the kids and polite. We got to the hotel early before check in but there was plenty entertainment to while up time. Ntobeka also kept us updated on the availability of our room. We had a challenge booking with most places as they could only accommodate us in 2 separate standard rooms which wouldnt work with kids as young as 5years old so she ensured we got a family room (2 bedroomed). We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and looking forward to another visit.

The place is very peaceful and clean, Great room services with friendly staff. The management or should I say the staff allowed me extra three hours of stay as I needed little more time after check out time

The room for development think should be on the TV side🥲 our room had Open view channels only. I think smart TV or at least with full DSTV channels will make a stay much more better❤️

The location is amazing and the place is serene with greenery and some wild life. The food was great, though service was a bit slow.

The furniture is outdated and the couch in our unit in particular was dirty. So either get a covering or get it washed every so often.
