The location is great, the views are exceptional and it has great facilities. It’s suitable for couples and families.

The check out was such an inconvenience, I booked and paid beforehand on booking.com. Upon checkout I was told I owe +R2k, I told them that was impossible coz I paid on bookings.com already. I had to wait coz they couldn’t cross reference my payment which was very strange. I was then requested to send my proof of payments. All this was happening simultaneously with another person next to me struggling to check out because of payment situation. They need to work on this, I almost gave them a 5 star till I experienced the checkout situation

EVERYTHING WAS 5 STAR MATERIAL!!! We would definitely go again the breakfast buffet is out of this world and super friendly staff that literally jumped to each of our needs we were very happy and I'm not even gonna start with the restaurant food because that was exceptionally well prepared!

I could hear that some of the staff did make fun of me for taking pictures of everything and making videos off the food and the view and our lovely experience, it wasn't all the staff but most of the ladies in the restaurant, however we still enjoyed ourselves

Breakfast was delicious. Staff was friendly. Things to do with kids to keep them occupied. Close to other facilities like mall and take aways.

Our room was on the 3rd floor and we had a baby to carry with a pram each time, and no lift. The price of meals and drinks is rather high for a family to afford. The pool had way too much salt in it you felt like a raisin after swimming. Too little loungers around the pool. The kids game room is like a dark, stinky, dirty dungeon. Major upgrades are needed. The kids holiday program was not mentioned to us upon check in, we only overheard another couple referring to it on our last day.

The gorgeous views were very special. The photos on the site don't do it justice. The morning sunrises 🌅 were so beautiful that we were in awe - absolutely breathtaking! Great for families with kids, lots of safe spaces to run around and the activity room catered for everything needed by kids on holiday. Breakfast was lovely and staff were super friendly and accommodating. The popular Saldahna Mussels is a must try at the restaurant overlooking the Bay. The lounge area next door had the most gorgeous views - perfect to unwind and relax.

Parking underground was limited.

Lovely stay, staff were kind and helpful. Bed was comfortable enough View from room was nice Good breakfast options & restaurant dinner was enjoyable Pool was lovely for an afternoon cool down (although extremely salty) Spa treatments were good, and spa is worth the visit Mini golf, large chess, and jungle gym were sufficient in keeping children entertained.

Limited parking options available When having dinner at the restaurant, we went just after the dinner rush and waited quite a while to be served, and waited even longer for our food, it was quite annoying, as we had our two young kids with us, toddler was hungry and takes the entire dive l dinner which dampened the experience.

a clean sparkling pool. and not excuses about it being salt water. we have a salt water pool. at times we come it is sparkling clean. that is 9 out if 10 times sadly. pork mini sausages. fatty horrible beef sausage was given. chkn livers was fantastic, need fig or fig jam with cheeses and biscuits! like before! waffles and cream was excellent. shower area was great. bedding and bed fabulous as always. muffins and croissants was great in enclosed oven.savoury muffins was fabulous. enjoyed bar area as well. lounge great.

reduced price to make a braaitjie at least like years ago. a fridge that works.cant believe the fridge that is now in the rooms. so sad. didn't know we had to ask 4 shower caps so struggled with hair and on final nite, when i asked where r the caps, was told we must now ask. 4 ppl only 2 towels given. then must ph for towels. didn't like that generator wasnt working. not happy with candles at all.

The views were spectacular. The morning sunrise was breathtakingly beautiful. It's tranquil and peaceful. The staff went out of their way to accommodate my requests. The breakfast was good and staff very friendly. A must try is the famous Saldanha Bay Mussels which is served in the restaurant with a view overlooking the Bay. A very cosy and intimate bar/Lounge is the best way to unwind. For families with kids, the activity room is full of everything you could ever wish for for kids on holiday!

Underground parking is limited.

We waited more than 2 hours for our dinner to arrive - I feel the hotel was under staff for the amount of people that were booked in. The staff tried their best but it seemed though they could not cope. Not many options for a light lunch - once again waited too long for lunch to arrive kids in room next to us were extremely noisy - kid was crying for hours on Saturday night until 1:00am in the morning as parents left them alone in the room while they went gallivanting.

The breakfast selection was very nice. The play room and other facilities for kids is a very nice touch we haven't come across often...

The play room had a musty smell which we didn't like.. The rooms were neat but cleaning could be improved, might just be my "ocd" talking but it didn't feel very clean especially the carpets which were definitely not vacuumed properly.. Despit the above it was not such major factors that it ruined our stay, it perhaps just knocked down my rating from 5 to 4 stars..

We booked a stay cation for our Anniversary. The co-manager Paul was very accommodating, helpful and pleasurable. Upon request, he organized a surprise Anniversary cake and bubbly 🍾 for us. He made sure all was well during our stay and he should be commended for his welcoming efforts.

Better and more variety for breakfast buffet. Better TV quality... the TV was quite old and picture quality was bad. Our curtains were broken, which means the rooms were not checked properly.
