The property is well situated in a safe and gated environment. Also provides a serene environment with domestic animals and soft game, plenty of entertainment for kids. Staff are very friendly and courteous.

The hotel rules say the hotel does not allow noise after 22h00 however we experienced noise which went on throughout the night with people laughing continuously.

The staff was friendly and efficient, the room was clean and contained all we need, the location was great and the restaurant, on the premises, was well situated and the food quality was excellent.

We had some noisy neighbours, that could not keep their voices down at night and early mornings.

It is the 3rd time we have stayed in this hotel. The location and staff are great. All is clean and the amenities sufficient. The Hotel is near reastaurants and supermarkets.

There was no chairs in our room and some of the fellow guest were quite noisy between 21h00 - 23h00 on the way to their rooms and before they have settled into their rooms.

The environment the place is at very relaxing and comfortable. You can have your book and relax next to the pool. There is river that brings spring air and relaxation to the soul. The breakfast at the restaurant is magnificent. This place is my me time where I hide to relax my mind and body.

Nothing all is up to the tee.

Everything was in order and the hotel is as advertised, there was an upgrade or renovation of the room we stayed in before. Other than that, the stay was great and we will visit again.

The delay when you had to check in. They were still cleaning the room at 15h00. I had to wait an hour to check in. That was a big disappointment.

The rooms are spacious and very clean. The linin was fresh and clean. It is quite.

The basin in the bathroom had a smell. The rooms could have a small dustbin in the room. Also a bid dustbin outside would be great, as all the rooms through their litter in the small dustbin outside and it overflowed.

Room was spacious, bed was comfy:) The entire setting, from the garden to the rooms were in perfect condition, took a walk in the garden the next morning, brilliant! We will definately be back when we present our next event in Secunda.

Check in was super easy. The restaurant on site has a broad menu and is very conveniently situated. The room was clean, spacious, clean and well equipped for a night when doing work in the area.

Having the window facing the parking lot of the restaurant isn't great, but as it was just for one night while doing work in the area, it wasn't a big issue.

The place is great and affordable, but the issue is check-in time, for the 3 consecutive visits the room is not done by the time you have to check in please look into that it's not good to wait when you are expected

Cleaning the room in time before the guest arrives, will score more points, other than that all is great. keep up the good work

The room was spacious and clean. The view from the patio of the garden and nearby river was very tranquil. There was 4 zebras grazing on the grass and we enjoyed watching them. There is a restaurant, that is situated on the Hotel property and we enjoyed great food and excellent service there.

There was no bedside lamps, which was very inconvenient. When my wife enquired about this she was informed that the Hotel received the incorrect light balbs and the correct ones should arrive by Wednesday, 4 days from now.
