The stuff is extremely welcoming, they were always available to assist and making sure that our stay with the facility is a warm one, and it certainly was warm. Ulundi don't offer much as far as Bookings.Com is concerned, thus making it hard to choose, well take it from me that this place offers value for money.

Nothing not to like, i had the pleasure to engage the owner and found out his vision and plans for the place and trust me they are grand, there's a head on Mr Khoza's neck. Improvement on signage was my suggestion to him. When in Ulundi, give this establishment a chance (oh this is not a paid promo comment :-) )

The place was clean, serene and good to stay. The security was helpful and there all the time, and access to kitchen was wonderful. Staff was there and patient all the time. Your suites are beautiful and next time I'm booking one of them. Anyone needing peaceful and relaxing place should try this place. If you want to celebrate, just book the whole place and you'd have exclusive luxury.

A bit of road maintenance to the venue (100m) will be good and side light (lamps) in the rooms will be nice.

I didn't eat breakfast and location was good. What i liked they let us play our music while we where chilling with friends and family

They took 30minute searching for key and ended up saying they can keep me another nice place to sleep i refused till they found the key the was only one staff member

Bad, mainly because it was not communicated on time. They waited for whereas we informed them a day before that we gonna need it & we thought it was part of a package.

It took them forever to prepare it. & we were never asked how we would like it.

Unfortunately I could not get my breakfast pack due to reasons unknown to me but fruits and 100% cold fruit juice

The room if a bar fridge a microwave could have been ideal including a kettle cups complimentary coffee or tea unfortunately all of above are not provided

The location was convenient. Close to nearby centers within a 3km radius. Great view and serene. Breakfast was great even during loadshedding I could get a fresh cup of instant coffee and freshly cooked eggs.

No refrigerator in rooms. No backup power supply in case of loadshedding which impacts availability of water which is supplied from a borehole.

The staff is honest and very helpful. We appreciated being able to check in late - around 10pm. We also forgot a jacket in the wardrobe and the staff contacted us to inform. This was really appreciated as we could collect it after the function.

The breakfast co-ordination was not well done. The staff did not engage all guests well to inform them what the arrangement was- self service of place an order - it felt a bit hap hazzard as certain food kept running out and no proper management of that was done.

I wouldn't say there was anything I did not like but I would rather say, if only there was a swimming pool.

Great place. Room well prepared and fashion. The staff is nice and helped with my bags. I felt safe and great breakfast.

Due to the road trip schedule, we didn't stay long enough to enjoy the great accommodations and nearby attractions. My next trip to South Africa, I will make sure I make Vikamana Guest House my first choice

The staff was incredibly friendly and even assisted us with a room change when we complained about a strong perfume scent in the room originally assigned.
