Breakfast was good, staff friendly and helpful, everything was very clean and well kept, hotel had a great central location in the Town, you were close to all the attractions in Upington.

I didn't like our room view, I thought the hotel was quite quite and could have located us with a river view room instead of a street view. I thought they were also missing a bar.

The breakfast offered was exceptional and we were served by an attentive and happy team. We have stayed here previously and enjoy the facilities as well as the welcome received by the reception team as well as Elton who engaged with us whilst assisting us with our luggage.

The only negative I have was reported on my previous stay but I found it the same on this trip, is that the window sills outside the room should be swept clean of bird poo, it might not be an easy job but it's unsightly.

Staff went all out to make sure our needs were taken care of. From late check in, late dinner and early breakfast packs which were ready at the agreed time. The facility itself was great value for money. We had a family room for a family of 4.

I was a little uneasy about parking area but I was given all assurances that it was safe.

Thank you for the room upgrade (without additional costs), much appreciated. I've visited the Oasis several times and it just gets better and better with each visit. Friendlies of the front desk and breakfast personnel top of the range, keep it up ladies and gents, we see your efforts and it is much appreciated👌.

The location was great, next to the orange river. The room was big (family room), and the snack and drinks (coffee and tea were appreciated. The room was neat, The staff was helpful and friendly.

We did not have warm water in the room. The staff was accommodating and assisted immediately. They were however not able to fix the problem. They transferred us to the Protea Hotel next door and helped us with all our baggage for which we are thankful.

Everything was really good!The staff was really helpful and accommodating!..I would just prefer the room to have a microwave as I love eating late at night and going all the way down for the kitchen is a bit uncomfortable.but other than that really good service.

Check in process. The room and amenities. Welcome notes and treats in the room from the general manager. We could not have a sit down breakfast in the morning so requested a packed breakfast. It was ready when we checked out and contained everything we needed.

Loved staying at this gem. Enjoyed our anniversary. Just love this place especially the suites. Have been enjoying this place every time I visit Upington

Challenge is the parking space, driving to Protea parking and walking back to the hotel.

The breakfast met my expectations and I could even start before the scheduled breakfast time at 7:00, since I had to catch a Flight by 8:30. All staff are making an effort to make the stay as comfortable as possible and friendly faces all round, and a get the feeling that they are proud to be in the hospitality industry.

The WiFi didn't impress me. I would have liked to have an extra coffee pod or two for the coffee machine in the room

Spacious room, comfortable bed. Good location.

We couldn't enjoy breakfast after staff promised to provide same as someone else had allegedly already had breakfast on our room number. Parking was on the street or at another hotel across the road.
