Reception was great. The breakfast was excellent. There is a great choice of soft and alcoholic drinks for sale in the dining area. The room was clean, spacious, has DSTV, aircon and has a balcony with an amazing landscape view.

The lodge is not very well accessible. At first, it seemed like we were driving into a forest. The road is a huge incline at the entrance near the main road, not sure the facility can do anything about it but it could be better. I would have loved some soap and body lotion in the bathroom as part of the toiletries provided by the lodge as I couldn't bring my own.

Lovely one night stay at White House Lodge. Accommodations were as expected & the value was right. Perfect for an overnight stay after a late arrival from the airport. Owner was an excellent communicator. Food was excellent. Cute setup with honor bar and pretty outdoor area that we were unable to use during our short stay.

Beds were a little hard but overall adequate for our short stay. And of course, bed firmness is a personal preference!

Breakfast was lovely. Very enjoyable. We took up a transfer option from the Airport with the host which was a good idea since our flight arrived late. Great communication at all times.The room also perfect and a beautifully kept and presented property. Wish l was staying longer. Such a friendly welcoming host. We loved our stay. Highly recommend this accommodation.

Load shedding but you can’t do much about that in South Africa.

Very handy for the airport and Suzanne was happy to have us come early made easier for the hire car staff could give exact directions. She guided us to restaurants and provided a home cooked meal one evening - most acceptable. It all made a great start for going into Kruger Par. I have stayed in the area about half a dozen times in the past and this was the best overall.

Lovely start to our vacation with this beautiful house overlooking the countryside, just a short drive from Nelspruit Airport. Susann was very helpful - we were there with family and we all said we would have liked to stay longer. But the rest of the trip is already booked, so onward it is.

I had a pleasant stay at White House Lodge. The owner is really friendly. Breakfast was good. The house and the surroundings are beautiful. The room was spacious and clean. It’s a good place for a Kruger Park safari and driving the panaroma route. I also enjoyed the pool.

Stunning panoramic view from a vantage point, sitting on a swing. Warm welcome from the host. Rooms are simple, clean and spacious. House is well-maintained and has a classy interior. A beautiful pool, lawns and gardens. Plus two very cute and active Labradors.

Hot water for showering was a bit inconsistent probably because of load-shedding. Found some ants in the kettle in my room.

The view from the cottage is beautiful, the cottage is well equipped for self catering, even though we had breakfast. The cottage is spacious and well equipped. They even have a honest bar where we got a good bottle of red wine at a reasonable price. We enjoyed the pool and the swing on the rocks.

We travelled from Germany and stayed for a two-day stopover coming from the Kruger Park. The place was immaculate. Beautiful, clean, quiet, comfortable room and beds, our kids loved swimming in the pool. Great breakfast, Susann was really helpful with everything. The garden and views are beautiful.

We had a very basic city 4x4 and had no trouble but I would be a bit careful with the gravel road if driving a very small, low-down car.

The breakfast selection was amazing, and the swimming pool was the best I've ever swum in, in my life. The beds were also very comfortable, my room had a bath and shower, and there was aircon! The swing chair in the rocky outcropping overlooking the valley below was just incredible.
