Conveniently located next to Busan Station. Great especially if you are arriving late into Busan Station. The room size is good.

The bath room and toilet are separated. There is no place to hang your clothes/towel in the bathroom ie you have to get out of the bathroom into the common area to dress up after bathing. This may cause inconvenience to some.

The ASTI Hotel is prime for its location! First, it is located adjacent to the Seoul Train Station and secondly to all major city transportation. To access the hotel entrance is a little tricky but not difficult to find. The reception is located on the third floor level of the building. The receptionists and staff spoke excellent English and were very friendly and accommodating. The transition between an international arrival to reception to the hotel room went surprisingly quick and smooth. I dare say that I was quite elated. The room itself was on the small size. However, it accommodated two people quite well. The shower and toilet are located in two separate areas, which was quite nice. The beds were comfortable, and the room was clean and santized. There is not much space to store luggage, but we made it work. If you want your room cleaned on a daily basis, you have to pay extra for the privilege. We did not require the service because we were two neat and orderly people, but we did require clean towels, toilet paper, and other toiletries that came free with our room. Free tea and coffee bags come with the room as well. Overall, the experience with the ASTI was exceptional. My rating of the hotel would be a #10.

Very close to the train station. However, it was a long way to walk to everything else, but there were lots of transport options nearby including the sightseeing tour bus. The hotel was quiet. Room was large with separate seating area.

The restaurant was very expensive and the food options were limited. The bathroom sink is in the room, not in the bathroom which made it noisy during the night. There was only paper cups to drink from for coffee/tea?

I like its location, its cleanliness, the very polite staff and most of all I'm impressed by many of Busan people. The hotel is located just across the road once we exit Busan Station by exit no. 5 and turn right. The hotel lobby is on the 3rd floor. It's our first time visiting Busan. We arrived Busan Station nearly midnight by KTX and got lost by taking exit no. 7. We could not find the hotel, my fault as I looked for ASTI (all capital letters) whilst the hotel sign says Asti. Met a Korean lady in the station by herself. I asked for help. She speaks a little of English, but very kind. She walked with us using an online map. It's funny that the online map made us walked to the road in front of the station then U-turn back to the station. We had a good laugh together once we found the hotel. Thanks her so much. The front desk staff was very polite with good servicemind. He still looked cheerful even we arrived that late. Very convenient for travelling around. Train station,subway and bus stops are near the hotel.

when we checked in, the staff didn’t mention that there is no shampoo and shower gel in the room,and when I found that and called the front desk, she told me I have to go to the reception to get them. Thats unreasonable and impolite. And cause there’s no room incl. breakfast in booking so we paid it alone. What ridiculous is, the breakfast’s price of first morning was different from the second morning. The girls in cafe didn’t speak English, I asked why and they just asked if I’m ok with paying 48000W(it should be 40000 as I was told when checking in).Anyway, a lady ,looks like manager came to help and fix it.

We were only 2 days in Busan and planning to leave using the KTX to Seoul, so choose the hotel based on it's close location to the station. Perfectly good hotel, hotel room and location to stay. Across from the train station are allot of restaurants. Metro is close by as well. Would book again if visiting Busan.

Staff at the reception was good, but less helpful then expected. For example, posting a post card already stamped, one receptionist was willing to accept it and send out for me, while her collogue then stopped her and instead told me to walk 2 blocks to the post office. Little service like this I would expect from a 4 start hotel.

The hotel is right at Busan Train station so central for getting connections anywhere in Busan and for the KTX if getting a bullet train to or from here on your trip. I had a spacious room with a brilliant view, comfortable bed and great facilities in the room. Check-in and out was quick and easy with the lovely staff with the reception on the second floor like a lot of hotels in South Korea. Small convenience store is accessible from the ground floor of the hotel as well. The train station and surrounding area has plenty of coffee and eating options which was great if you wanted to eat close to the hotel.

Only thing that would've been handy would've been acesss to a laundry facilities i.e. washers and dryers.

I was only staying in Busan for one night and wanted a relatively inexpensive and central location. This hotel far exceeded my expectations in value for money as the room was extremely well equipped, clean and spacious. In addition, the hotel facilities were also very good and there was a gym available for those looking to get a work out in.

The lobby was quite hard to find and in the centre of the building, up on the third floor. In addition, once you find the lobby, some of the staff seemed very uncomfortable with English making communication difficult even when using translation devices. Having said that, some of the other staff were willing to step up and assist once they became available and I understand the difficulties of communicating in a non-native language, but would still think that at a central hotel in Busan, staff would be a little more prepared for this. I also hope that they add better signage around the building to make accessing the lobby easier.

Excellent location just next to Busan train station, many restaurants and food options around. Easy access to subway and taxi stand just across the street. Room is big and I managed to get a good rate for my stay.

Similar to most hotels in Korea, toothbrush and paste are not provided. The room was warm but too warm for my preference. Although there is an air conditioning switch and dial in the room, it can not be set to your desired temperature. Seems like it is centrally controlled. I ended up opening the window a crack to allow some cold breeze in throughout the night.

The location was fantastic and the room was big and clean. Some members of the staff went out of the way to be helpful and offered to order takeout fried chicken for me since the place I was looking for is a distance away.

The room was a bit dark. When i called to inquire, the reception said they deliberately took out the entrance lights because it was glaring. Instead of taking them out, they should have the option of turning them on and off. The table and table lamp also had a thick layer of dust. We had to wipe down the place before using.
