Number #1 - Reception staff Mr Lee Shin Pong provides exceptional service above and beyond expectations! Restaurant recommendations, assistance with ticket purchases etc! This hotel is located among automobile industrial area however the neighborhood is very quiet day and night. There are easily walkable restaurant options. The subway and bus routes are 5-10 minutes walk. The room is LARGE with very comfortable bed, linens and towels. (Bathrobe included) many extra toiletry items provided! Coffee machines with espresso available on 2 floors as well as filtered water refill on 2 floors! Netflix available in the room! Morning continental breakfast items and instant ramen provided included in price

The staff is amazing! The front desk staff are extremely helpful and kind. The facility offers free bottled water, espresso/americano machine, or instant coffee in the lobby. The rooms were very clean, and the cleaning staff was respectful. Highly recommend the property

The walk from the subway to the property is through a slightly rundown and industrial area. There is a huge empty shopping center with a bunch of chairs and sofas just....laying around in an abandoned parking lot. It's very strange looking. At night, this walk can be a bit spooky. It's not the most well lit walk. The hotel is amazing, but the walk there isn't. Get a taxi.

We miss this hotel already! Greeted with enthusiasm, we got a free upgrade to a suite on arrival with complimentary welcome drinks. The hotel is kept in great condition, it is clean and up to date. There is Netflix, a gaming pc (used lots during our stay!) and a very comfortable bed. Room is clean and modern. The free breakfast was a great addition each morning plus the ramen came in handy most days. The owner of the hotel is exceptional. He is willing to help with anything you need - ordering food, taxis, day trip ideas. He is very passionate about making his hotel the best experience for guests. Location was great in terms of price point - small walk to the station (which got us everywhere we needed) and bus stops just outside. Convenience store at the top of the street or a vending machine inside the hotel also. A great hotel!

Drains in the bathroom has a slight smell but nothing we couldn’t handle. Could have more storage in bathroom too like a shelf for things. All minor things in a fantastic hotel!

* location is not great. The subway is a 15 minutes walk from the hotel. The fishmarket is the closest tourist destination which is half an hour way by bus. * no knifes are provided at breakfast * breakfast is only from 7:30-9:30 so sleeping in is never possible. Would be nice if the breakfast was till 10:30 or 11. * beds are uncomfortable and really hard. I slept on the blanket to make it a bit softer and more comfortable

The bed was super comfortable and clean. Air-con was really good, and the bathroom was clean and tidy. The staff were helpful when I needed to grab a taxi. Location was a big decider because I needed a place that was close to the airport, it's about 15 mins drive through traffic.. Breakfast was standard - cereals, juice, and toast. They do have a ramen bar if you're after a light snack. Overall, I really enjoyed my time. I would book here again if I need to be close to Busan Airport. **realised I didn't take photos inside the room :( **

Early check in, room upgrade available, complimentary coffee and beer upon check in, free water and coffee available 24/7, amazing recommendations from the staff and owner for food and sightseeing as well as taxi arranging and food delivery arranging. Very nice breakfast setup. Nice clean modern look to the hotel and rooms. Smart tv and gaming computer available, lobby vending machine has snacks, cooked rice, drinks and alcohol. Excellent double door protections for solo travellers and emergency equipment clearly on display. Room 602 has a nice view of the city and mountains. Extremely affordable. Great location for travelling by taxi(which is the most convenient and is reasonably priced anyway), not far from metro station and airport. Communication with the staff and the owner was fun and easy, even language is no barrier when enthusiasm and google translate are used to patch the gap. The staff, Leena and Hyunjun have the perfect attitude for service and helpfulness. The owner, Segu, has the heart and soul of a traveller and his attitude, his service, his hotel, his staff and his recommendations all reflect that. His and the staff's energy can wash away the tiredness of a long journey. Thanks to them I was able to get 2 pairs of brand new prescription glasses in 20 minutes, experience affordable and delicious food, make the best decisions when choosing routes and overall made our experience safe, comfortable, enjoyable and it felt like home. Honestly wish i could stay for another week and take full advantage of their local expertise.

We took a reservation last minute for one night at this hotel because of the typhoon that cancelled our flight. The staff was super nice, they let us check in early and check out late because there was availability in the hotel and because of the typhoon. The room was big, very clean and the bathroom was amazing. The hotel is near the airport (10min by taxi) and the staff kindly boiked one for us the following day

Nothing. The location is near the airport so it was convenient for us but it is a bit far from main touristy places and there is not a lot of restaurants or supermarket near

A very nice hotel in Busan. It has a parking lot which is average size, but it was good enough when we stayed - the spots are relatively small but easy to get in. The staff are very nice and courtous. We paid for an upgrade from double to a twin and got another upgrade just like that. The room was excellent, everything was there, beds very comfrotable with all the amenities. Also there is water and you can buy things at reasonable prices in a vending machine downstairs. You have shops very close, a metro station is walking distance, there are probably bus stops as well but we did not use them. The room was quiet with very good windows, also the walls did not let in any sound. We would definitely return if we come to Korea again.

The brekfast was rather basic, with Ramen, toast and drinks in the typical Korean DIY fashion. The food was tasty though, might get boring after a day or two.

The staff were all lovely and spoke good English. The hotel was conveniently located to the airport and easy to access via taxi or train/bus. We received free welcome drinks upon arrival, a free upgrade, and lots of information about the local area and how to access other parts of Busan. The hotel is new so the rooms and all areas were clean. The bathroom and room were both spacious, and Netflix was available for free. With breakfast included in the price, this hotel was excellent value, and we would recommend it for a short stay in Busan.

The owner is extremely friendly and when we arrived late at 10 pm, he gave us an upgrade which made our stay even pleasant! we reserve two rooms, and both them are well equipped. they got everything you need . The beds are extremely confortable the best we had in Busan . Breakfast is nice! Not far from metro station 10 minutes walking. The hotel is in an industrial area but it didn’t bother us at all because the roomprice is very affordable and room equipments are top standard . will definitely stay there again.
