Breakfast is good and a lot of varieties. Recommend to extend the breakfast timing to 9:30am. Good toiletries supply at the reception. Behind the hotel there is a 5 days market and there are a lot of eateries around. Walking distance to Lotte department and supermarket and also EMART. There are also public buses at Bus stop near to EUNA apartment where you can go to Masan Fish Market and The Gyeonghwa Railway Station. Another bus stop right next to the hotel where you can come back after visiting Yeojwacheon River. Take a direct bus 150 from the nearby elementary school.

Initially, we We did not know that we need to hang the placard "DO NOT DISTURB" outside the door for long term guests. The next day, when we came back from breakfast, all the room doors without placard were opened including ours. It is a good things that our belongings are still around.

It was a great location, and the room was huge! There was a massage chair and a mini fridge with free water. The female concierge was very welcoming and kind. The buffet breakfast was delicious!

The male concierge was a little less friendly, and said they would charge more for being 3 people in the room (which we had disclosed when making the reservation, and again to the female concierge before paying***).. no additional amount was ever charged. It could have been due to language barriers The buffet dining space was small for the amount of people the hotel can host.

From the outside, you would never know what an amazing gem of a hotel this is. The bed was huge and comfy, and the room was spacious. Plus, my room had a massage chair that I used quite frequently :). The breakfast was a small buffet, but it offered quite a lot. I was happy to have a bathtub, which wasn't clearly indicated when I reserved. The TV also had Netflix, and the room came with a DVD player, and you could borrow movies from the lobby on the 7th floor. The hotel is centrally-located near the giant roundabout and Changwon City Hall, and there are plenty of cafes and restaurants all around, and Lotte Department Store is just across the street. I also liked how easy it was for me to take the regular city bus to the major intercity bus terminal.

The owner of the place was very friendly, professional and helpful. The breakfast buffet was above and beyond, they had both continental and local style dishes. The room was clean, had all sorts of amenities. Great experience overall. will stay again if I visit Changwon in the futre

CNN HOTEL exceeded my expectations! They room was very clean. Bed was so comfortable. Bathtub and shower were great. Staff was very friendly. The location was central and easy to find. I was near many things I needed to get to and in the middle of my stores. I like the view too! The staff was so nice. My boyfriend and I got into town late and they let us check in late. 100% going to stay again. I was very happy!! Also, the price was fabulous.

Breakfast was fine, pity it ends so early (9am). The staff are very kind. The hotel occupies the top 4 floors of a larger building, not the whole building.

The hotel is better that what it looks like in the pictures... Buffet breakfast, brownies were really good! 😊 always happy when I stay here... Massage chair was a nice touch...

great location, very comfortable and clean rooms. would only stay here when travelling to Changwon from now on.
