Room was a good size and very clean. The roof terrace was a nice bonus with beautiful views. Location is perfect for visiting the fortress

It was advertised that there was a restaurant which there wasn't so a little disappointed. Also the window from the bathroom into the bedroom was a little uncomfortable and a bit random

The room was great with a little balcony and a great view. There is also a roof top garden with excellent view over the whole city. The room was spacious and well organized. The bathroom was fabulous. All very clean, except maybe the spider webs on the roof top. The convenient store downstairs was very convenient and had good variety of drinks and snack. Breakfast was good and breakfast staff very friendly and helpful.

We arrived just after 2 pm and the lady in the reception said that check in wasn't until 5 pm. I found it off putting because the hotel was very empty. After an hour waiting in the lobby, I approached the reception desk again and asked if we couldn't check-in a bit earlier. By then there was another lady, who seemed more senior and she said of course. After that the service was very good.

The location of this hotel is great. It's close to the bus station, and a short walk from Jinju fortress and Nongae market. Breakfast is fine for the price. The room was quite large and the bed was comfortable.

The location was really great, near the JinjuFortress and the big market place.

We arrived a bit early. I wish they could accommodate early check-in, even if we had to pay more. They knew we were waiting to check-in and were still about 10 minutes late to check us in.

Beautiful views of the river and city. Lovely stay during the Namgang Lantern festival. Staff at the rooftop restraunt were very friendly and welcoming.

Would be nice to have Mosquito nets in all windows so they can be opened.

The room was spacious and had a great view of Jinju Fortress and the river. The hotel has an entry to an Emart 24 convenience store, which was very handy during the wet weather. The buffet breakfast had a good range of food,

The location was excellent for attending the lantern festival and for using the bus coming from Busan.
