The hotelul is awesme. the location is 5 min away from the subway to the airport, in the middle of many cafes and restaurants and shops. The room is huge, check-in very quick, non stop reception, quiet area to sleep. The price very low for a good night sleep before early departure

This hotel is 10 minutes by taxi or 20 minutes by rail/walking from Incheon-Seoul Terminal 2. The cost was less than $2 USD to take the 'All-Stop' train from Terminal 2 to the hotel ....and less than $10 USD for the taxi to return to Terminal 2 the next morning. This hotel was an excellent choice for cleanliness, facilities and proximity to the Incheon Airport.
Can't think of anything. It delivered what it advertised. The desk clerk went beyond his duty to make sure that we were looked after.

Needed a day room whilst waiting for a late flight, and wanted a cheap option. It’s not the Ritz but it’s perfectly comfortable, clean and conveniently located.

The staff was very good. They were always helpful in answering my questions. One day it rained and I was hesitant about going out until I went to the lobby and saw the umbrellas. You could just take one and bring it back. One day I was going out, and just in case they gave me a card with the address of the hotel. It came in very handy because I did at one point become lost.
The beds were hard. I like a top sheet.

Friendly and helpful staff. It's good value for the price. Location is great, just 10 minutes away from Incheon Airport, very convenient to spend the night nearby the airport before a morning flight.
Some rooms stink like cigarettes. I guess there isn't a no-smoking regulation in this hotel.

The staff were amazing. So helpful and friendly. Stored our luggage. Booked a van to take us to the airport (luggage and dog crate). Arranged late check out. Thank you so much!
