The cleanliness and Calmness. The place is quiet, confortable and very clean. I loved the kitchen I can always do some simple cooking or warming of my food. The wifi too is so fast and reliable I worked without any issues.

I loved everything about the November Stay. It is a comfortable place to stay. In the heart of the city and closer to where I hold my meetings while am in Songdo. It is also very affordable.

Apartment was really nice. Kitchenette and washing machine worked well. Great air conditioning and temperature control. The reception people were extrremely helpful. Shower and bathroom was excellent. Bed super comfortable. The two bottles of water per day was extremely helpful. Good restaurants on the ground floor. With a convenient supermarket for food as well (though quite expensive). Super close to underground train network.

As I got a small packet (detergent) for the washing machine, I wish I could get a little bit of oil from the reception desk to cook, as I didn't want to buy a whole bottle of oil for a few days. There could be more plug points in the room.

The location was conveniently located to a subway station however accessing the property was slightly confusing as there are 2 residence towers A and B. The young gentleman at check in was very accommodating and helpful - a super employee.

Better directions with reservation confirmation. Also the unit itself needs to provide directions on use of the lights, TV, etc. I did not know that the motion light was the master switch. In addition there is another control panel for other electrical functions. This is a condo hotel so it is not the usual hotel setup. Aside from bath gel, shampoo and conditioner, you need to bring your own amenities.

Includes comfortable bed and bedding, a good shower, nice balcony, kitchen with everything you need, and a washing machine. Clean. It's in a skyscraper apartment building and the rooms are surrounded by other apartments. Check in counter is on the 3rd floor. Helpful staff. Mini marts and restaurants located in the building. Feels like a very newly developed area - new empty buildings and spaces, not a lot to walk to, but there are good sidewalks, bikeways, and bus routes. About 1 hour by two buses to the Incheon airport or 30 minutes by taxi.

Not in the tourist part of Incehon and a bit far from the airport.

The location is very convenient (walking distance from the MRT station). The room is exactly as what's in the photos and is very clean. Tips for taxi is to use the address the hotel provides in Korean. Guest can go to the counter on the 3F to receive free (1 or 2?) small bottle water every day during office hours.

I found it a little bit hard to receive staff support in the morning or later in the evenings. I went to the counter for 2-3 times during office hours, but no one was there.

I love the calmness, cleanliness and comfort of the room. The heating system was great giving that its winter and snowy these days in Korea. I love the kitchen and the wifi is so good.

There were no towels for the floor of the bathroom making it difficult when one comes out of the shower. They need to put floor towels so that the place can be kept dry and one can clean when necessary.

Like the room size, kitchen with some items to use and how close to a metro line building is.

As I was staying longer, felt more information needed to be provided. Such as information and bags for rubbish. And how to get room cleaned. Should have a facts sheet for longer staying guests.

It was a serviced apartment style accomodaton. Very comfy and clean. Staff was also very friendly. There was underground parking as described and convenience stores nearby and within the same buidling. Many food stores also in the same building and across the road. Everything was just as described.

It was a little hard to find the entrance of the underground parking at first. Would recommend guests check satelite/street view of place to see know which direction to drive in from as you cannot turn into the car park from the opposite direction. The washing machine in the accomodation was not working (could not be turned on) so we had to use the coin laundromat downstairs.

The staff was very friend and helpful. The room was quiet and had every necessary amenity.

Check in was a little confusing at first. It was on the third floor and I don't remember seeing anything about that in my reservation. Then the check in desk was gone (shelves, chairs, computers, staff) everything except the counter amd a box to leave your key card. I felt like I was in a sci-fi movie.

The location, the quietness, and the cleanliness of the place. The kitchen is good, the Wi-Fi is speedy, and the security at the building is perfect.

Improve the kitchen utensils. add more utensils like plates, pots, and basic cutlery. Keep materials that one can use to clean the room when need be because I like cleaning, especially in the mornings.
