Very clean, hotel condition is quite good & new, excellent location, got a lot of convenient stores, restaurants & shopping malls nearby

No washing machine, need more car parking lot, tower rather small

I was to attend a conference at the GradnHyatt and needed an excellent hotel that will be close to the conference venue and the airport. New Jeju fits in perfectly. The rate of the room was affordable for nearly same value you get from expensive hotels. I was happy that I could prepare my Nigerian meals using their kitchen facilities at no extra cost. I recommend this hotel to everyone.

May be they can improve on the bed by adopting modern beds in tandem with the 21st century,

A bit noisy cos near the eatery and sometimes drunk people make noises on the street.

What I was most impressed is the location of the hotel. It was centrally located within Jeju city. Close to airport, restaurants and shopping. Tour pick-ups from hotel or next hotel (Grand Hyatt) was a breeze. Desk staff very helpful in booking and getting taxi to the airport, as early at 5.0am. Appreciate that extra mile.

Better room service in terms of informing if the bed was made, towels were replaced and shower-jell/ shampoo has been re-filled.

Very friendly and helpful front desk and staff, kind of quaint atmosphere we got floor beds so can feel a bit too cosy for some people but the beds were comfortable and the washroom is very clean. Good value / price and convenient location

The building might be a bit older, and the sleeping futon arrangements might not be to everyone's liking but we felt it was cosy and comfortable.

There were two receptionists. The first man was quite mean and unwilling to assist. The second one however went above and beyond to ensure that we were well settled in. I'm glad I met the second guy, otherwise I was definitely having a sour time.

It seems to have undergone renovation recently. So many areas seemed unkempt and not so clean and attractive.

Good service attitude, good location in the city, although the equipment is old, but still clean, we stay 2 nights, aunt will come to clean, smile, very kind, a lot of food and convenience store around.

The small disadvantage is that the toilet smells a little bit and the bed is a bit shaky, but at the price, we think it's okay
