I love that this hotel has a strict smoke forbidding everywhere, even on balcony it is not allowed to smoke. That’s absolutely fantastic!! It really make sure that everyone who stays there can finally enjoy the fresh good air. Thank you so much for protecting your non-smokers guests in such a caring way. We also love the pools and food. Perfect service! We will definitely come back again!!

Beautiful property, ambiance was relaxing, staff was attentive, professional, and kind. The grounds are lovely and the path to the beach was a nice little hike in the morning. The cafe in the east wing had delicious bakery options. The on-site CU 편이점 was well stocked with mostly reasonable prices. And surprising my friend with a stay at the hotel featured in King the Land (Kdrama) was absolutely worth it. :)

Whatever floral fragrance they have throughout the hotel was overpowering and gave me a headache. It had an overly chemical component to it. Fortunately it did not permeate the room, but we had to limit our time wandering the lobby, cafe, and indoor common areas. I loved the hotel overall, but was glad we only booked one night because of this.

A nice and modern hotel, directly located at the coastline with a huge pool area an nice views.

Be aware that there is an old and a new building and the booking pictures show only the „new“ building rooms.

The heated infinity pool is spectacular — heated and well-designed with incredible views. Food is great — in all of their six restaurants as well as their room service. Staff are welcoming, warm, and professional. Fast and efficient services all around. Rooms are spacious with great views. All around a perfectly five star resort with a well run spa and focus on kid-friendly amenities. It’s got it all for couples, families, or elders. The design is fresh, modern, and breezy. You’re truly by the oceanside in luxury surrounded by nature and access to a wonderful beach cove with large black rocks making the beach day adventure filled.

The beds are not very comfortable, very hard, not very plush for a five star resort. The facials at the spa aren’t as comprehensive — no exfoliation, pore extractions or steam to prep the skin. And some of the male bellmen at the lobby entrance aren’t enthusiastic to open doors for you when you’re coming in struggling with a toddler and bags plus stroller on a cold day.

Very new and clean hotel. Staff were amazingly helpful with a good command of English. Loved the heated pool outdoors with its amazing view of the sea. Enjoyed the club lounge F&B as well, on a daily basis and the staff there were very attentive and friendly. I was also very pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to my room booking at no charge as the check in staff felt that my original room booking would be a bit “tight” for my family of 5, and also since I was visiting during the low season, there was an opportunity for such an upgrade which I am super thankful for!!!

Fabulous location. Amazing breakfast choices. Very helpful staff. Beautiful pool. Great location next to a lovely beach on the east side of the hotel. Comfortable spacious room. Gardens around hotel.

We were there over Chuseok so hotel was 90+% full - meant we had to queue for breakfast if we arrived between 8.30 and 9.30. The options for eating in the evening were limited. Why no Korean option? Shame about the beautiful beach on the west side of the hotel which was almost inaccessible and was covered in rubbish. Parnas would do well to repair the pathway and sponsor a beach clean

Amazing view from the property, and located in convenient location on the south side of the island. Staff was friendly and responsive.

We stayed in the junior suite - there is an oddly large terrace area that was a bit dirty. Would have preferred there to be less balcony so you could actually see the ocean from the room vs looking at a balcony. Pool was heated pretty hot, so less refreshing on a hot day than we would have hoped.

The service and facilities way exceeded my expectations. The hotel is very spacious and gorgeous with stunning interior design that is both modern like an art gallery and warm and showcased the amazing sea views. I loved the service too especially the concierge team who speak English namely Scott Hong the manager who went over and above from ensuring I received medical treatment when I sprained my foot to assisting in changing my flight (due to bad weather) The genuine care and assistance given by him was really heartwarming. Of note too was how proactive he was in his service. Most times in other hotels the guests have to ask for help (and we do not always get it) but not with Scott who often initiated help such as providing a bandage and icebag for my swollen ankle without me asking. Furthermore, I found the other concierge team members very helpful, always smiling and ever willing to help. Of note are Ethan, Niki and Bill who were among those who always offered a smile and assisted with enthusiasm. I also found staff at the front office, Confetti, housekeeping and the Bar and deli very pleasant, well groomed which made my stay a very very pleasant stressfree one.

room lights too dim. room size a bit small. food is on expensive side and food options are limited at the main confetti which is not ideal for longer staying guests. Food quality is good though.

Excellent ocean view rooms with balcony, modern and net interiors, excellent service and absolutely clean. Nice pool and direct access to the beach from the nice garden area.

Atmosphere in the lobby and hotel feels cold and steril including the hotel bar that is not inviting for a drink. The open structure increases the noise in the crowded restaurant and loud whisling wind sounds in the room when opening the balcony door.

the room is perfect, the hotel is new, the staff are polite and helpful.

1) when I took a shower, I didn’t know where to hang my bathrobe + 2) it was not possible to exchange currency, we are used to the fact that the hotel can always do this. Our credit card did not work and we had only dollars. We had to go to the bank . The hotel is far from the bank. 3) there is a steep descent to the beach - all hotels are located on the mountain, and the beach is below. but the views are stunning. Attention, need to go uphill or go a few bus stops to thw nearest restaurants. it is better to come to this hotel by car, so as not to get tired of walking uphill
