Great out of the main city spot to be especially as we tackled driving on the other side of the road. South side a good central spot to do day trips to east and west coasts and convenient bus up to Mt Halla for the hike. Pool was ultra warm for a dunk in early winter and saw families in there for extended periods. Especially like the oven so we could roast some local produce for dinner. Great views of the coast and Mt Halla from our rooms. Didn't get a chance to use the hot tub, but given the pool was so warm we didn't bother. Wish we had gone the electric hire car as there were heaps of charging bays at the accommodation and out and about. Kitchen well equipped with pots, pans, but needed to ask for some big plates as only came with 2 (which they quickly accommodated us).

Cafe and restaurant was very basic. No tea towels for the dishes and the washing up detergent very weak. Ended up using a bath hand towel as our tea towel.

The resort is very nice, but it is far to get to without a car. So a car rental is recommended. The staff do not speak much English but they are very friendly and will help you with questions. The room is spacious and modern, however, the big downside was the smell. The food is good here, big portions, although, I did notice most of our food here is just served lukewarm - maybe this is normal? I am not sure. Despite the smell, if I were to visit Jeju again, I would consider this resort, however insist on a room that did not smell of pee.

The smell of the room - it was smelling like a mix of stale urine and damp, it was very very off putting, luckily we were not in much, and only there for 3 nights. The bedrooms were OK (no smell) so that was good, otherwise I don't think we would of been able to sleep. On the 2nd night when we returned, the staff who came to change towels must have smelled it too or at least are aware of the bad smell, that they sprayed something that lingered and it smelled like shoe polish and it was very overpowering.

Staff was wonderful. Unit was very nice.

Beds were harder than we preferred. When outside, constant dog barking was present - a lot of dogs.

Very comfortable accommodation with a fully equipped kitchen and a washing machine. We stayed in the fiesta apartment and it was exactly as in the pictures. The location was very good if you have a car, it is close to a supermarket, restaurants and all the sights on the south side of Jeju.

There was a nice private terrace, but no sitting options (only a bath tub). During the week, the restaurant was closed after 3pm.

The kids loved the heated pool that was open until 9pm. The hot tub and landscaping was perfect and created a very relaxing atmosphere.

The penthouse villa A on the pricer end for accommodation. We expected the washing machine to have a drying function but were told they had replaced the machine and the new one doesn't dry. Had to hang our clothes around which was somewhat inconvenient. We paid for 9 guests but were provided 6 bath towels. Otherwise it was a comfortable stay.

It was generally good and the outdoor swimming pool was great! It was small (handful of rooms/villas) and tranquil.

On site dining service was poor (the last order closed before 8 pm on the day I used). No dining option in walking distance. In the nearby area - there must be a dog farm(?) - they were barking day and night. It was quiet when the door was closed but cannot leave the door open because of the barking noise and mosquitos in the villa I stayed.

Lovely spacious apartment with great views.

Was told couldnt cook certain things!! Whats the point in getting a place with a kitchen when you cant really use it. Also, had a 6 berth ocean view apartment but sofa area only fitted 4/5 people max.

Very spacious condo. Multiple rooms and beds so great value for the money.

Kitchen but no grocery store nearby so shop before you checkin. Building is dated. Dog breeding farm adjacent. No elevator .

Very spacious and has good stock of cutlery / kitchen utensils

Not user friendly for old folks as there were flights of stairs , pillows were not comfortable , a little off location unless you have car .

in-house meals price are quite expensive. would suggest to dine out . need to carry own luggages up the stairs . we were lucky that our room was located on the 1st Flr
