Location close to subway and market, dedicated hard working discrete owner, kitchen with fridge, all day tea, coffee, hot and cold water, lockers in the room

Noisy room mates, sometimes even rude, without respect, one Indian told me he'd make noise till 23.00 because that's allowed, or putting on the AC without asking when outside is 12 degrees.. not the owners fault but lack of travel culture with many people.. not to mention the snoarers..

Excellent Location near Seoul central station very close to subway and bus stations, also very close local cheap markets, restaurants, many currency exchange shops around hotel with good rates, Never change a lot of money in Airports, currency rates inside Seoul city center are much better, Hotel price not very expensive, WIFI was good, Accept Cash money in hotel on arrival, no need to pay in-advance on booking web site Free coffee, Staff was very friendly, there are no restrictive rules at all, Huge safe, you can store large luggage inside, but with traditional physical metal key, Water dispenser in kitchen, In our room (Family room 6 beds) there was 1 private shower bath with internal Toilet inside our room, the most important there was no shared shower bath like most of cheap hostels in Asia , for sure we will never take shower naked with other strangers at same time as other hostels, Self-checkout if you will leave early in morning, Good modern elevator, Hotel Management offering a lot of services like laundry and Airport bus, trips, ... etc. There was a lot of friendly guests from all over the world in this hotel, Vending machine for Drinks, Snacks inside hotel, Electricity plugs compatible with EU standards plugs

Upper Bed stairs are not comfortable at all and very vertical without any slope, The outer mattress cover is made of smooth leather, which makes the bed sheet always slide off the mattress, Kitchen area are shared with reception, Toilet was very simple, there is no water shower inside toilet, There was no window inside our family room, The only window was inside WC , we were forced to leave WC door always open to allow fresh air inside our room, There was only one physical traditional metal key for our family room, no access cards for everyone, WC door lock was not working in our room

the staff were really friendly. got lift inside the guesthouse. namsan tower within walking distance (considering if you like hiking a lil bit ). subway also within 5 min walk. just cross the road to go to namdaemun market. easy to get bus. got convenient store nearby and ediya coffee too. quite large storage which can fit my 24 inch luggage inside my room. from seoul station, take subway to heohyeon station and you'll arrive. will definitely repeat my stay here. they change towel daily too.

If the elevator was up to the top floor, I would give this a 10. Given the price, the place is superb. It is pretty close to the bus stop and train station, though we utilized the bus stop more specially fro and to the airport. A good walk to Myeongdong, Namsan Tower cable station, and Namdaemon. The check-in went smoothly as well as the checkout. They were also very accommodating, leaving our baggages after our checkout so we can still tour around hassle free. It is very close to cheap, good restaurants. Booked the 4 beds with a private bathroom, and it was clean and spacious. It's pretty quiet at night, and you can sleep well. The guesthouse is very multiculture, and they have a lobby where you can enjoy with other guest or with your company without disturbing the guests upstairs. We will definitely going to book here again. Also, the guest attendant was pretty nice, and they are very responsive given the front desk is not 24 hours they were able to help us when we needed some assistance on late hours.

The elevator is up to the 4th floor only, and our room was on the 5th floor. We had to carry our luggage to our room, which was quite a hassle but nevertheless it was a nice stay overall.

Being a girl who travelled for first time for international trip, Safety and personal attention was my top priority which was met by Dream Guest house. At times I lost my way to guest house even at midnight 12am 1am or 2am, elder daughter took care and helped me to find and come back safely.. 🙂 so I had good time.

1. It's near Subway and at centre location where you can go any direction and can cover most tourist places. 2. Safety for girls 3. Kitchen and common space incase you are vegitarian or hungry to eat can cook anytime also required utensils were available. 4. Hygiene they use to clean daily and changed my towels daily irrespective of using it or not. 5. Colleagues, they gave admission to good people no one made any sort of noise that disturb the other person be it watching reels or keeping the lights off during night time or talking on phone. 6. Support from owner for navigation, guidance for tourism and bestest cheap way to Travel. 7. Family atmosphere they treated us like family not like tourist.

The guesthouse is easy to find and the hosts are super kind and thoughtful! When we forgot our key in the room, they immediately went to down to the reception even though it was before 8AM. One of my friends also forgot her wallet and the host contacted us and delivered the wallet to the room. They also allowed us to leave our big luggages when we left Seoul for a 2-day trip to Busan. The same friend also forgot her dental appliance when we checked out and the host left the item in the reception when we claimed our luggages when we got back from Busan.

Nothing much. We got what we paid for so all good.

My stay at the guesthouse was quite enjoyable. The room provided a high level of comfort, making my experience excellent. Moreover, the guesthouse's location was incredibly convenient as it was situated in close proximity to Namdaemun Market, and I found that Myeondong was within walking distance as well. This accessibility to key areas of interest in the city added to the overall positive impression of my stay.

There were a few aspects that I found less satisfying during my stay. Firstly, the bathroom was decent, but there were sometimes occasional issues with the hot water supply, which was a bit inconvenient. It's worth noting that I stayed in a shared room with six people, and unfortunately, one of my roommates snored loudly, making it challenging to get a good night's sleep. Additionally, there was an incident where a roommate decided to eat in the room, resulting in an unpleasant smell. I would kindly suggest that guests use the designated eating area in the lobby to prevent such occurrences. Despite these minor inconveniences, the overall experience was still acceptable.

The location was really close to namdeamun market (walking distance 3minutes) and also walking distance to myeongdong street ( abt 12minutes). The place is also near to bus stand n subway making it very convenient. The toilet is also big n clean. They also provide towel,shampoo, soap n toothpaste which is very good because not all places provides that. For muslims, there is halal kebab stall near the place and also few halal restaurants (bakso halal, chinese muslim restaurant, kampungku n busan jib street) near myeongdong street.

It was my second time staying at Dream Guesthouse and as usual, it never disappointed me. I stayed in the female dorm with five other guests. The beds are comfortable for my short stays, the toilet/bathroom is clean and complete with all the basic things I need (shampoo, soap, body wash, towels), the staff are all very accommodating, they have lockers for our things in case we need to leave our bags for a few hours (after check out), and best of all, behind this place is Namsan Park -- my favorite hiking trail in the city. Also, Baekbom Square Park (located within Namsan Park) where Park Saeroyi & Jo Yi Seo shared a kiss in Itaewon Class was filmed in this location! 😍 I always have the best time in this area of Seoul and Dream Guesthouse is the most convenient place for me. It was a last minute accommodation booking on a Friday night and I was sorry I hadn't discovered it sooner! Great location close to Namsan and the amazing markets in Seoul. It was really good to have a bathroom in the girls room and another in the hallway, at least one was always free.

I would have appreciated having a window in the room where six people sleep, but we solved that by opening the bathroom window and bathroom door.
