The hotel is in a great location—steps away from the airport bus stop and subway line in the basement of the hotel (basically). On levels B1 and B2, there is an arcade with many restaurants, cafes, and a supermarket, which makes staying here super convenient! The housekeeping does a wonderful job, and the room was always made up upon our return.

The bed is not comfortable! Also, although there is a pool onsite, hotel guests are made to pay for entrance (20,000 won for adults & 10,000 won for children) which seems quite unreasonable.

Excellent location adjoining Gongdeok station and direct trains to the airport and the rest of the city. Excellent breakfast (buffet style) which they like you to pay for the night before. Large room and very comfortable bed, and a reasonable standard of facility. Location is near busy roads, but interior is quiet. A business-style hotel with functional design and few frills, but we were very happy with our choice and value for money. Recommended!

The staff's English is a bit limited but you'll get by. Swimming caps needed for the pool.

Gongdeok station is right under the hotel which also connected to the airport railroad line. There is also an elevator around the corner on the street which goes down to the subway, this was really useful when I had to take my luggage for the airport. Room was really spacious for one person and the bed was huge! The control panel next to the bed had light and aircon controls which was convenient. Didn't use the bathtub but appreciated that it was available, good water pressure in both shower heads and water heated up fast! A lovely room to come back to at the end of a long day. This was my first overseas trip and I'd love to stay at a Lotte hotel again based on my experience here!

When I arrived, found a hair in one of the side drawers. Coin laundry was a little hard to find for me, FYI washer and dryer are each 5000W, the machines accept 1000W bills or 500W coins. I didn't have much cash on me at the time so had to get a 10,000W note changed to coins but detergent also cost 500W so I wasn't able to use the dryer :( Like other reviewers mentioned, no power/charging outlets near bed.

Perfect hotel just at the exit no. 2 of Gongdeok metro station, on the line to airport and other lines. Quiet area. Perfect room equipped with tea/coffee maker, some good restaurant in 1st low floor and a good Lotte store, with a lot of good ready dishes at affordable prices. Good staff, good organization. Pretty good swimming pool at the 4th floor.

Everything ok

I picked the hotel mostly because of its location - above Gongdeok Station in Seoul. Bus routes are also available right outside the hotel, which I found to be useful. In addition, the supermarket and other restaurants on the basement floors were really convenient. We enjoyed the room - it was of decent size, very clean, and quiet too. The room was cleaned daily (unless we asked not to be disturbed). We liked the view from the window (we could spot when there was traffic or not). We used the pool twice (entry is for an extra fee) - it was really enjoyable given the freezing temperatures outside. There is a gym as well that we peeked into - it looked nice too. I didn't have a lot of interactions with the staff. You can even check in yourself with an automated machine. There is also a microwave oven and ice dispenser on every floor, as well as a DIY laundry room. In sum, I'd return to the hotel.

Breakfast got really boring after a few days, and we forced ourselves to go down only because we had paid for it, which compelled us to wake up at 09:15 (breakfast is served until 10:00) (we had jet lag...). Nevertheless, I would say they have a nice selection of food—both Western and Asian cuisine. We noticed that locals (business-related gatherings, family events, etc.) come to have breakfast there in private rooms, so that says something about the place! So it's not that of a negative remark - it all depends on how long your stay is (we were there for 7 nights so it started to be a bit boring). The layout of the floors and finding the elevators was "intriguing."

The location really close to the subway station and many lines. The hotel is very clean and has everything you might need within its premises (convenience store, pharmacy, gym, etc.) and the staff is always there to help you. The room isn't big but has lots of storage and the bathroom is spacious and clean. The cleaning staff really does an amazing job! The bed is super comfortable too!

It wasn't very clear during the reservation that the pool was not included in the price, we only discovered this much later and were a bit disappointed. Also, it would be amazing to have a full size mirror in the room!

Great spacious room. Lovely shower and bathroom. Good to have coin laundry facilities in the hotel. Location is great. Liked having the train station below the hotel too. Straight from airport to hotel and same when leaving. Liked the supermarket below the hotel on B1. We had a deluxe superior room and paid to include pool and streaming facilities off the tv.

Not having any of the free amenities like we had in other hotels we stayed at on this holiday. Had to purchase toothbrushes and paste etc. We stayed at two other hotels on our holiday they had so many options available free from reception, eg face masks, hair wax, toothbrushes etc. Wish the pool was free with the stay instead of having to pay extra for it.

The room is large enough with a big bed and desk, very useful when you have work to do. It’s just above the metro and a supermarket so easy access. The facilities (pool, coin laundry and gym) are good. Staff if good and all is clean.

From the 01.07.22 you have to pay 20,000w for using the pool. It’s way too expensive if you just want to swim and don’t want to spend the day at the pool - what you don’t when you visit a city. Because of this I would not stay again at this hotel, not having to pay extra was one of the reasons why I choose this hotel.

The location is great, close to Hongdae and the city centre, while just far away enough to be a bit quieter. The hotel itself is situated over an exit from Gongdoek station, and has a small shopping arcade below it featuring various restaurants and a small supermarket. More restaurants, bars and a larger supermarket (E-Mart) are only a short walk away. The hotel has a number of useful additions, including a convenience store and pharmacy in the lobby, a gym and swimming pool, and coin laundery. The room was clean and spacious, and well equipped with a small fridge. The bathroom was large, featuring a seperate bath and shower in a wetroom configuration. The bed was large, soft and comfortable.

While the room and hotel are clean, the interior is looking a little dated in areas (carpeting, some of the fixtures, wallpaper) and in need of a refresh at times. While at no times does this impact the overall comfort of the rooms, it does detract a little and make it feel a little less chic/modern than some of it's competitors in the area.

I don’t understand why this hotel is considered a 3-star, when it definitely felt like a 4-star. Location is fantastic it’s on the airport Arex train line, so easy to get to. I was a little nervous about finding my way there with a large suitcase and venturing around the city as I did a solo trip, but it couldn’t have been easier. Several buses and trains go through the area. The receptionist recommended I download the Naver App for navigation and it made travelling around the city effortless and everything was in English. Felt like a local using my Tmoney card to jump on and off buses and trains! Very central, but not too crowded. Great facilities and comfy room, staff were great at meeting my every need within minutes. Fantastic hotel, would only stay here when visiting Seoul next time.
