The hotel staff were welcoming and flexible. The hotel is a pleasant 15- to 20-minute stroll from the heart of the Seoul city. Conveniently, there are three 24/7 grocery stores in the adjacent buildings, just 1-2 minute walk away. This proximity offers reassurance for late cravings at odd hours, whether for noodles or croissants. Additionally, right across the road from the hotel, there's a bank equipped with an ATM machine. Finally, the neighborhood is very safe and nether me nor my family had any unpleasant experience at all.

The hallways and breakfast area lack heating, which was noticeable during my winter trip to Korea. It's advisable to wear slightly warmer clothing in the morning while enjoying breakfast. Despite this, it's not a significant issue, and it wouldn't deter me from choosing Ramada hotel again if I return to Seoul in the future.

Hotel location is good. It is located near subway (city hall station and seoul station). You can walk to Lotte outlet and Lotte mart (Seoul station branch) very easily. You also can walk to Namdaemun market and Namsan park. Breakfast is very good with various choices of tasty menus. Staff is helpful. Bus stop to Incheon airport is just in front of hotel. So it is very easy to transport between hotel and Incheon airport. Room is very spacious and clean.

The biggest problem was that there is no way to adjust the thermostat. we were there in the winter and the room was very hot and no way to adjust the temperature other than open a window!.

Staff were friendly and very helpful in guidance to what to do in the city plus printing out tickets we had booked online. Room was spacious and comfortable. Although shower was not working initially an engineer came in minutes and fixed it quickly.

The hotel looked a little bit tired. The restaurant within the hotel in the evening was closed.

There isn’t a concierge service and the front office staff wasn’t very helpful regarding tourist queries. We asked where we could buy their famous Korean Ginseng and he told us he didn’t know.

The location is very close to downtown. All is Very clean and conformable. Rooms very large and silent. The staff was amazing and tried to do the best to support our needs. Always with smile. Thanks 🩵💙💖❤️

very very spacious - i think we were upgraded to family room with additional bed, full desk to work on plus drawers and sofa and table. had USB charging points and UK friendly sockets. staff were friendly

Great location, very friendly staff who spoke great English and lovely big, clean room with nice facilities (although the shower was a bit temperamental!). They let us leave our bags for a few days after we stayed.
