I had a delightful stay at the hotel. Despite its distance from the city center, the location proved to be excellent, with nice coffee shops, convenient takeaway restaurants, and nearby grocery stores. The hotel's proximity to the metro station, right at the exit, was a major plus. The staff members were kind and always ready to assist. The cleanliness of the place was remarkable, and there was a pleasant aroma throughout. The bed provided exceptional comfort, and the room facilities were of high quality, mostly made by LG!!

Excellent staff; very clean room. Excellent for Gimpo airport; quiet despite being in city area. Some cafes, corner shops etc. nearby for food. Comfortable bed. Nice shower. Washing machine was a nice extra but we did not need this time. Water provided. Nice size fridge. Shampoo, toothpaste, shower gel, soap provided. Great overall for short stay for airport as very easy to access. Very good staff. Good air con!!

I know some of these things are for reasons but...Slightly over large kitchen area( lots of cupboards) with no facilities to use i.e no microwave or dishes, so cant see so much space needed whilst would have appreciated bigger room area. ' balcony' also not really useful overlooking car park with no furniture! However what you did get for money was good. No restaurant for food or breakfast but attached Twosome Place and round corner is Paris Baguette. No coffee sticks provided. Only 2 green tea bags.

Really well-appointed room that was extremely comfortable and modern. Location was ideal for travelling from Gimpo airport; only a short rail journey from Seoul or Incheon airport. There are lots of facilities close to the hotel - shops etc.

In a busy part of Gimpo and the road network to get into and out of the hotel and to the airport is quite busy and complex, but this is a small gripe considering how close to the airport the hotel is and how comfortable the room was.

Loved the hotel... my room was very spacious and clean... I was a solo traveller so the hotel staff helped me with taxi booking and luggage as well.... right next to the Songjeong station, staying here allows you to take buses and subway train so easily... it also has so many food joints and shops around. Also, suggest staying here if you wish to take your flight back home as I personally felt it is decently close to the Incheaon airport.

Α big plus was that every day they cleaned the room, brought us clean towels and water bottles. also a big advantage was that we could use the washing machine. The location of the hotel is excellent if one does not want to stay in the city center. it is a great advantage that you can walk to the Gimpo airport. And the city centre is not that far away. With the metro stop right next door you can easily get there in 40-50 minutes. Overall, it's a value for money option.

We did not find anything negative in our stay.

Hotel is very close to Gimpo airport (less than 15 minute-walking).

Even facing directly to the main street, one can miss it and pass by since there is no number on the street. If using Google maps, it will lead you to the next turn to a small street, from where you can see the hotel but cannot access. There is the name of the hotel writing vertically on the building but it is not easy to see at night. Google street views seem to be not updated for this region.

The staff were very helpful at the front desk. The free gym is excellent. The rooms are large, clean, and look newly refurbished. The subway Songyeong is very close and useful for getting to the city and airport. It's the purple number 5 line. Really impressed actually.

The restaurant closed a bit early for late travellers. A map of local restaurants in English and Korean would be helpful.

I came here during a time that I was moving back and forth all around the country and felt a little ridiculous. This place with its comfortable beds and clean, immaculate space helped re-center me, and I found myself fantasizing about checking in here for a few days just to lock myself in and relax. The hotel itself is an obvious, standalone building that gleams off to the side of a main drag that has tons of great restaurants, fast food options, and night food stalls. Gimpo International Airport is one step away on the subway, or, better yet, a sub-10-minute ride on one of the uncrowded, air-conditioned local buses overground with WiFi connection from a bus hub right across the street up to the sliding doors of the departure terminals. Most of all, there was a washer in the unit! Detergent was not included but was available for purchase for less than 1 USD down at the front desk...and it was the best smelling laundry soap I ever found in Korea. Anyone traveling in or out of Gimpo who needs to crash ought to stay right here.

This is nitpicking, but I wish that they'd had the laundry detergent packets for free in the unit...I doubt anyone would steal or overuse them. But I'm really not going to complain about this!

it was fantastic, the staff were quite friendly and accommodating. Metro station literally 2 mins walking from the hotel and the room I got was spacious with a washing machine. Reception will provide a hangar to dry clothes upon request.

it’s a bit far from Seoul and next to Gimpo Airport, but I didn’t mind at all doing the 40 min journey on the metro every day to the city center.

Chose this hotel as it was convenient and near to Gimpo Airport and just a 2 minute walk from the nearest subway station (Songjeong Station - Purple Line) I liked that the room had a washing machine so I could wash my clothes if I wanted to. Place was clean and well maintained. The staff were very friendly and helpful too. They allowed me to leave my bags while I worked at the cafe (A Twosome Place) beside it. A female staff also helped me to call a cab to my next location and helped with my baggage to the cab. Overall it was a pleasant and lovely experience staying at Royal Square Hotel Seoul - Would definitely recommend to business travellers who are looking for convenience and a value for money accommodation.
