Hotel is in a great location! Airport limousine bus stop (6702) and DDM station exit 4 elevator are both at the hotel’s doorstep - really couldn’t ask for more. If you are participating in any of the klook one day tour packages, one of their main coach pick-up point is also literally right next to this hotel so it is really convenient, especially if the pick up time is very early. Hotel room is big and clean and shower works great. There’s also two convenience store nearby and opposite is Starbucks for daily coffee fix.

More of a goodwill thing but would be great if the hotel can be more generous about early check-in, especially if the room is ready - paid for an extra hour stay as I really wanted to check in one hour early after a long flight.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The location was exceptional, with the convenience of a train station entrance right in front of the hotel via lift (Exit 4). The proximity to many malls added to the overall appeal. The room itself was delightful, offering a truly enjoyable and comfortable experience.

While everything else about the hotel was perfect, the limited availability of only two lifts occasionally led to slower service, impacting the overall experience.

Very convenient from the airport. After AREX, you'll need to buy Tmoney first then take one train to station "Dongdaemun History & Culture Park station". After arriving at the station, tapped out and turned left, then used the lift to exit the underground train station. The lift is directly at the door of the hotel. Exit 4 iirc. Nearby there are 2 malls that are like Platinum, Bangkok and the Dongdaemun Design Plaza is within walking distance. There are 2 7-11 nearby and one more similar store to the right of the building (like 7-11, different name). Opposite the hotel there is Starbucks. That's the bus stop that the family took a bus from to get to different places. Although Gmap isn't the best, it works well for figuring out bus numbers. Would stay at this hotel again due to the convenience and cleanliness. Staff were helpful too and were able to advise the walking distance for an attraction that we wanted to see. Highly recommend!

The location is more than excellent (3 metro lines nearby and several city buses, plus airport bus station right in front); the breakfast was very diverse and delicious, with both western and somewhat Korean options (you can never have enough kimchi fried rice :D ); staff was very friendly; check-in/-out process was quick and simple; our room was large, very clean (and kept clean throughout our stay), well equipped and well supplied; the bed was large and comfortable; we had a fascinating view of the city.

The air conditioning was a tad noisy and perhaps not the most immediately effective.

The location is very close to the shopping malls in Dongdaemun. The metro is just next to the hotel and there're 3 lines at this station so it's very convenient to go anywhere. Check in & out are easy. In-room WiFi is good. Washing machine is in B1 which is very convenient, no need to go out. Room & toilet are clean, the shampoo, conditioner & body wash are very good; I love them. Overall it's a comfortable & cosy stay and it's worth it.

The metro is just next to it; closest is Exit 4. By right, there's a lift that leads from the metro right up to the street level of the hotel. But the lift was not in operation so we had to climb the flight of stairs. Picture this with tourists like us carrying the heavy luggages up that flight of stairs. It was torturous. I hope the lift will be in operation soon for future tourists. The breakfast was ok, expected. But the food was cold. The room is smaller than expected, cannot leave 3 luggages lying on the floor opened.

The bed was very comfortable and being on the 20th floor was awesome. We rented 3 rooms and one of the room had an awesome view of DDP and it was spectacular especially since we celebrated New Year Eve. The other things that we enjoyed was the staff, they were very friendly and helpful. We also liked that fact that you had to use a security key to utilize the elevator. The hotel was centrally located near the trains and we especially happy that the bus was in front of the hotel to bring us back to the airport (very convenient especially when we had 9 luggage). Since our flight was at 2100 hours (9PM), they were able to store our luggage free of charge. Our kids also enjoyed the sleeping outfits and amenities such as tooth brush, cue-tips, etc which were provided on a daily basis especially since we stayed for 7 days.

Having only two washers and two dryers was a problem since it caused a commotion when other guests had to wait for the dryer to completely dry the clothes. It would not have been a problem if the dryer dried the clothes better during the 45 minutes especially since it cost 4000 Won every time. I had to dry our clothes 3 times for each dryer and cost me a total of 24,000 Won. No other issues aside from the dryer and the conflict it caused with other guests.

The room we stayed in was so comfortable with amazing view of Namsan Tower (when weather was clear). The excellent bathroom, aircon, and large window made it even better. The bed was perfect for my bad back so I was able to get good sleep. The room was always made up well for our return each day and we had water bottles each day also. Breakfast at the hotel was amazing and worth the cost. It really helped us start the day well. The restaurant staff were wonderful and friendly. I loved this hotel and our stay was wonderful. The location was good as it was close to the traditional districts of the city. It was easy to travel to most places as both the subway and buses were in front of hotel. The amazing Design Plaza was next to the hotel.

The hallways were not air-conditioned but that really was only an inconvenience on the hottest days.

the location is a huge plus! it is near the ddp and dongdaemun area. Lots of cafes to explore nearby and right outside exit4 which is amazing! there are 3 lines at the station which allows you to go anywhere with convenience. the hotel is spacious for 3 and the view is amazing! the toilet is big and spacious and the front desk is really helpful!

I find nothing that I dislike, except the fact that we need to pay for late check-out and early check-in. However, that is the hotel's policy, so not much of a problem except that it is something I have never encounter in other countries. Other than that, all are great in this hotel!

Easy and quick check-in. Spacious, clean room. Very comfortable bed, with pyjamas included. Decent storage for bags and clothes. Large shower with good pressure. Stellar location, right next to the metro with numerous exits and the Dondageum Cultural Centre. Walking distance to Gwangjang Market. 24hr Laundry facilities and fitness centre. Free locker storage for luggage if you arrive before check-in.

Very minor. Teaspoons were not included with the in-room tea and coffee facilities.

The property is super fancy, has an superb breakfast and convenient laundry room that takes cards. The bed was really comfortable and the showers were great with good water pressure and no temperature oscillations. We didn't need the staff a lot, but overall they seemed helpful on the few contacts we had. Breakfast is top notch, I can't say enough nice things about it.

Location was mostly the lowlight. Not a lot of restaurant options by the hotel and they don't have diner on site (which I would expect of a hotel at this level). It is just at a subway station, so likely location is not that big of a deal in general. We were hit by a typhoon while there, so we didn't want to go too far in the middle of the storm and location had a larger weight on our experience.
