I stayed 2 nights, size of the room for one person is great, there's a big locker with the key well secured It was super clean, quiet and loved the smell they put in the corridor outside of the rooms. Was able to check in one hour before. Super convenient location it's near to the beach by walk and the bus terminal station (bus coming from Seoul), to go to Seoraksan national park (30-45min by bus) the bus stop is super close (1 minute walk maximum), lot of convenient stores around but not so much restaurants except Lotteria for burgers😅, to go to the city center and the other bus terminal stations (to go to Gagneung for example) just take the bus from the other side ot the road, only 15-20minutes by bus but be mindful of the bus hours (city bus come every 10-15minutes or more sometimes)

It was a too warm at night, unfortunately you can't control the heat, it might be central heat but the AC works well

- I took the very first bus from Seoul and wound up at the accommodation before the reception opened. The host was very accommodating and allowed me to stow my luggage and directed me to the correct bus stop. - The host also provided me with an umbrella when I checked out of the accommodation as it was bucketing down outside. That was very kind so huge thank-you for that. - The room was minimal but comfortable, tidy, and spacious - The bed was comfortable for me. - Shampoo, conditioner, body wash and toothpaste was provided. Shower pressure was good. - The room felt very secure - There's no kettle in the room, but there is a water bubbler providing hot and cold water in the lobby. There's also 2 bottles of water in the mini-fridge. - Location wise, it is across the road from the Sokcho Express Bus Station and down the road from the number 7 and 7-1 bus that takes you to Seoraksan National Park

- For those who have mobility issues, the double room may not be suitable for you as you have to step up and down the platform to reach the bed - The only noise you can hear is from the traffic outside if you have the window open. Easy to solve with ear plugs.

Excellent location, close to the express bus terminal and also to the bus stop for the lines 7 and 7-1, which can easily take you to the Seoraksan National Park. The first bus passes around 6:30 in the morning. The room was spacious and the bathroom had all the necessary toiletries (shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, plus a small soap bar). The basement has a nice area for gathering, including some board games. Check-in time is strictly adhered to, but you can leave your luggage while you are out exploring.

An easy way to improve the room would be to add an obscuring curtain/blinds. We got woken up around 5-5:30 am because of all the light entering the room. We found the bed a bit hard.

Very helpful staff, who will help you with queries and provide all necessary info. Absolutely convenient location- bang opposite the Express bus terminal (Mind you, there are two bus terminals in Sokcho. One is Intercity bus terminal, and the other is Express bus terminal. This place is opposite Express bus terminal). Hardly a minute walk to the Sokcho beach. And right outside the hotel exit is the bus stop where you can take the bus to your destination. Bus 7 and 7-1 go to Seoraksan entrance gate(first bus is at 6.30 AM). E mart convenience store is right in front, and so is Lotteria restaurant where I have had the most amazing vegan burger ever!! Our room had one double bed and two small beds, and also a small kitchenette where you can cook. In the basement there`s another common kitchen, and billiards tables. There`s no in house restaurant, but there are a lot of restaurants/ cafes around, so no worries!!

The guesthouse is perfectly located for arriving from Seoul as it is close to the Express bus terminal, going to Seoraksan park as there is a bus station just in front of it, and visiting the city as everything is reachable on foot. Everything was perfect! Basic, but comfortable. Super clean and very very nice personnel. I could leave my bag pack while I was at seoraksan park. No problem at all!

We were bicycling up the East Coast of South Korea and this hotel was perfect for us... close to bike path and across the street from Bus Terminal we used to get to Seoul. Staff were very nice and provided a safe place to lockup our bikes. Basic rooms but nice big common area with a chance to meet other traveller's. Sockcho Beach ( main attraction) close by as is bus up into National Park.

Things were good.

The professionalism of the staff. The cleanliness of the room. The location - opposite the Express Bus Station, with lots of eateries and a couple of convenience stores across the road. The bus stop outside the hotel can take us to Seoraksan National Park and Naksansa in Yang Yang. There are numerous places of interests in close proximity within walking distance.

The placement of the shower over the sink, with a narrow piece of plastic separating the toilet. When I showered, everything became wet.

Across the road from the Express Bus terminal. I liked the traditional minimalist room furniture, just a small table and cushions, and a clothes hanger rather than wardrobe - my wife not so much.

The carpet on the stairs, probably there for anti-slip safety reasons looked dirty and needs to be replaced with professional anti-slip product.

We got the family room, which was very comfortable for my family of 4. The kids loved having an "upstairs" with the two smaller beds being in a loft-type area. The shower was hot and had good pressure (important for me!). Very close to the bus terminal, the local bus stop, the beach, and multiple convenience stores. All around excellent place to stay in Sokcho.

Could use a night light for kids to see the steps/bathroom at night.

Great location - just in front of the Express Bus Terminal and the bus stop to go to Sobaeksan National Park is 30s away from the Hotel. The hotel is also 5min away from the seafront. The hotel is also close to Convenient stores and restaurants. One of the staff member speaks perfect English which helps a lot. Also, don’t hesitate to check the Tourist Information Center just in font of the bus station. The receptionist who works there speaks perfect English. she will try to help you without any doubt.
