We have been here many times, and we will keep coming back whenever we need (or want) to be in Suwon. Great location and very good standard no-nonsense hotel with professional staff. It's part of a big international chain, but even comparing this hotel to other similar once in other countries, owned by the same conglomerate, it stands out. In fact, I once advised the staff of a Novotel Paris hotel (Yes, France) to take an educational trip to Suwon to come and get aquatinted with the art of hospitality (they were not amused, but neither was I). For me, this hotel has become a 'golden standard level' for a non-holiday/business/shopping weekend hotel.

Nothing to complain.

I've stayed here before. Very convenient to the location of the train station and bus stops. Underground shopping and near by for site seeing. You pay for the convenience.

My room was great. Unfortunately the lights and electricity short circuit edges when I turn the light on in the morning. I didn't even plug anything in. Fortunately the staff was able to get the electricity back in room about 45 minutes later. I will continue to stay here in future trips even though there was the electrical mishap.

Big beautiful rooms, shoping mall and train station within the hotel 2nd floor, traditional market with shops and restaurants on the opposite side of the hotel, exceleny staff, beautiful restaurant.

I suppose to have a late check out , i paid extra one night to be not be in pressure of the time , and I assume they i mean the hotel management will appreciate that , in the morning around 10.30 of my last day I pushed the cleaning button to let the cleaning people know that my room need to be clean, but when i came back around 3 pm i found out they skipped my room and cleaned other room ! when i complained about it , they gave me unreasonable explanation, they said “is not enough to push the cleaning button you should off call also to inform the housekeeping that the room is ready to be cleaned because they have cleaning priorities” 🤷‍♂️ . i don’t understand this explanation , I don’t and i will not accept it.

I was staying in a Jr Suite and the room size is perfectly suitable for me. The location of this hotel is very convenient - the train station is nearby, there are Malls with branded goods, there are street food and restaurants across the hotel. Although the hotel is just right beside the train station and the railway tracks, the noise doesn't bother me at all. Its really perfect for my short stay (5D/4N). There's a Premier Lounge on the 9th Floor too. The buffet breakfast has a wide variety of choices. I will definitely be back if I will travel to Suwon again... 🙆‍♀️🤞👍

There's really nothing much I don't like except that my room is located in the far end of the building... hahaha The lift lobby is located in the middle of the building and I will have to walk pass (like 10 rooms) especially with baggages. Anyhow, it doesn't really bother me with all the plus points that the hotel could provide.

Everything except that I almost have to stay on the street due to their machine cannot take my card and I don't have cash!

The toilet in my room smell like public toilet! Please don't pay for their onsen not worth it.

The location being close to AK Plaza, Lotte Mart an Suwon Station.There’s a 7/11 convince store on the 2nd floor. We had 2 rooms which were cleaned every day.Bottled water left every day.Lovely staff.Family friendly.

The receptionist was very polite and answered all my concerns and needs. The room was very clean, comfortable, and tidy.

Nice location! The location is near the AK mall that is connected with the hotel. Near restaurants and coffee shops!

Great location right next to Suwon station. Room was large, comfortable and quiet, so I had a great few nights sleep. Close to shops, restaurants and attractions.

The breakfast was outstanding. The room was comfortable. I sleep well on the bed. The bathroom was great. And I was glad to have aircondition.

The shower wall is partially clear glass to the room which would not work if I had traveled with my son. I wish I could have placed the air condition below 70F
