Convenient location for our road trip journey also close by the famous Don Quixote windmill sights which are just out of town, in particular at Campo de Criptana, around 15 minutes drive. Some good restaurants close by too. Friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfasts , however we dined at Bexamel the top rated restaurant, for both nights as it was highly rated and so good.

Nothing - it’s clean comfortable and perfect if you’re on a road trip across Spain, being quite a central location. The local town has everything you could need and is of a good standard and quality.

The hotel was easy to find with ample free parking. We had requested a quiet room and had a lovely room with a balcony overlooking the garden and pool area. We were served a delicious three course lunch with drinks in the restaurant with very efficient and friendly service. In the evening we enjoyed some bar food and some wine in the courtyard. Breakfast was excellent with a good buffet and a choice of hot dishes from the kitchen, again with friendly and efficient service. The hotel is spotlessly clean.

During our stay the gym and wellness was closed for maintenance. And the pool was closed for the season, which was a shame as the temperature was in the high '20s, and the pool looked so inviting, but we were able at least to sit on the balcony.

The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The pool area and public spaces were very clean and well maintained. Great breakfast with lots of choice. Good location for the local bars/restaurants, just a few minutes stroll across the park.

The bars were not always manned until later in the afternoon so not always easy getting refreshments prior to that.

We felt like doing a little trip not too far from Madrid. We are a family of 4 (with 2 kids of 3 and 1) and living in Madrid. The triple room was perfect for us. They put an extra crib for the littlest one in the room which is a service we always appreciate. We liked the wellness/warm pool to relax a little bit as well. And I think the outdoor pool in summer time will be very nice. It is an absolute value for money. When you are inside the building gives you an authentic feel by its colors, layout and furniture. I didn’t realize it was more recently built than I thought (2005). I think is interior design didn’t change much since then, but then kept it well. The hotel is at walkable distance to the city center. and a nice, big park is across tbe street. We would go back or recommend it to friends.

Parking and location were excellent. We were heading home from Portugal and it was just off the motorway.

Breakfast could have been better. It was a bun fight as there were a load of A merican tourists. The cold choice ann fruit option was below par.

Staff kindness Good Breakfast even if pretty expensive

Wellness area was not available the most of the time. Room lighting not that good.

Room was very big, suited our family (couple +baby) very well. Shower is good. Lovely breakfast,

No iron, reception said they have none at all. We had a wedding to go and couldn’t iron our clothes. Wellness centre was closed and pool opens very late.

The waiter at dinner was welcoming and cheery. The evening meal was excellent, and inclusive of a good wind. Breakfast was very good. Parking was easy and within the hotel grounds.

Easy to.locate and good free parking. Large comfortable rooms with balcony. Friendly helpful staff and restsurant good good value.

Jacuzzi in spa was not working properly during stay

Staff very good. Breakfast and dinner very good. Free parking.

Staff should remind guests to wear a mask, especially at breakfast buffet. Guests were standing over food without masks on. This was more than one party of people.
