Wonderful stay at Sercotel...pity for only one night! Large spotless room with comfortable bed and ample sized bathroom with wonderful toiletries including toothbrush/toothpaste & razor. Excellent breakfast with lots of assortment, both sweet and savoury for all tastes. Staff friendly, welcoming and helpful. Street parking is quite limited but there is a private closed-off garage beside the hotel which connects to the basement. The hotel is just off the main street so very central for shopping, bars and eateries. Fantastic value for money. Would definitely recommend.

Nothing to fault.

The room was spotless and very comfortable and the shower-room was a great size. All toiletries were provided and the robes and slippers were a nice touch. Great location too with shops, bars and restaurants within easy walking distance.

Being "nitpicky" it would have been nice to have a kettle/cups etc. I also found that the shower tray was quite slippery so not great if not sure footed.

newly renovated. VERY clean. comfortable bed. double pillows. GREAT shower pressure. the staff is immensely helpful and professional. I usually don’t eat at hotel restaurants but was in a hurry and I’m so glad I tried it. the food was AMAZING. I found myself returning the next evening ! HIGHLY recommend this hotel.

The hotel staff are always very helpful and professional with all enquiries. The rooms are clean, modern and very comfortable, with many small extras such as a toothbrush, comb etc. Very smart hotel which comes highly recommended to other travellers.

The breakfast could be better in terms of variety. There is no safe in the room (as far as I searched).

Secure parking, quality double room with shower. Good self service breakfast with English tea pot available. Clean.

No hot water for shower in the morning. System failure. Restaurant could do with more options on the menu and expensive. Would have preferred a twin room facing the valley rather than street.

Everything! The hotel was amazing, as was the staff. There reception staff were lovely and very helpful. The room was exceptional. Very large, and the beds were comfortable. We asked for extra pillows and they arrived within 5 minutes. The housekeeping staff were friendly and very thorough in the cleaning of the room. The location is idea, and a few minutes from many places of interest. We will be back to this hotel, and very soon. Thank you to all the staff, in every department for making our short stay very memorable.

There is just 1 thing that would have helped my husband and that would be a grab rail in the disabled shower room.

Lovely hotel, staff friendly and great location. Very comfortable bed and very clean room. Just could do with a kettle and facility in the room would be great. Would definitely book again.

Ciutat D’Alcoi is a really comfortable, modern hotel in the best location to explore Alcoy. We have two very relaxing nights stay, both bedrooms offered style and comfort with lots of thoughtful gifts and extras.

Breakfast was a disappointment, good selection of cold options but very pool selection of hot food.

Super friendly and accomodating staff. Very flexible. If you don´t have breakfast, they still give you free coffee. Very good restaurant at the hotel, with competitive prices. Very guiet hotel
