The staff was so kind, they even helped us with bringing a birthday cake for my youngest son to blow the candles over dinner. The buffet was generous, the kids loved it. The apartment was very comfortable, with a good temperature and enough supplies. The resort has an overall exotic image with plenty of vegetation, ripe dates fallen from the palm trees, bird singing and a beautiful blue pool outside, surrounded by long chairs for sunbathing. Absolutely lovely!

Didn't manage to find the instructions for using the safe box in the room (maybe I should have asked for them at the reception desk). I was expecting bathrobes and slippers at a five-star hotel, but they didn't provide us with these, and the temperature of the indoor pool was a little less than comfortable for the kids. The lamps on both nightstands weren't working, just the ones on the wall, besides the bed. And some of the accessories in the apartment should be replaced, like the trash can in the bathroom for having its lid heavily attacked by rust.

The room was amazing exactly as the fotos. The staff really polite and helpful. The breakfast amazing. The indoor swimming pool relaxing. The views awesome!

There is nothing I did not like. Just if someone wants an apartment has to know that there are stairs so if you have a baby trolley or a wheelchair can be difficult the transportation. We had a lightweight baby carrier so ni problem.

I loved it. Perfect place to disconnect and relax. We booked with breakfast and dinner and I really enjoyed it. The system is a buffet but it had a lot of choices. The apartment was immaculately clean and modern, a fabulous view. I could stay there for a whole week, no need to go anywhere else! Wifi was available everywhere on the premises.

We stayed half board and loved the buffet choices. Apartment was lovely with nice views. Others mentioned the beds not being comfy but ours were so comfy we all had a fantastic sleep!

Really long queue and wait for coffee! Not really anywhere to go for a nice walk (unless of course, you are golfing!)

We stayed here for 4 nights as we wanted to explore Almeria and Cabo the Gata. The appartment was big for 2 people and quite recently refurbished and had a balcony facing the golf course and with a small view to the ocean in the horizon. The pool area and garden is quite nice with big trees and tropical plants. I asked for a top matress as I found the matress hard. After a few days the hotel provided this.

A number of things need to be improved for this hotel & appartments to be a 4-5 star category. A long line of guests for breakfast which could be fixed by having more staff to clean up faster and make room for new guests. The safe in our room did not work. The light in the very long hall way had to be turned on manually - not up to the standard in an emergency.

My apartment was absolutely beautiful with a gorgeous view.. very spacious had Netflix and YouTube in my room was perfect

Floor one did not have a flight so it was hard to find my room

Facilities and service were amazing

Not much to do outside of the resort unless you’re willing to drive 20-30 minutes

Staff in the restaurant need to be more professional as the members of the good hotel.
