Rebeca who seems to be the manager, was very friendly and helpful, she made me feel very welcome. Raquel who worked some evenings was also very kind and ready to help. The owner was always asking if I needed something. They made me feel at home. Very good free wifi. A quiet room facing the back of the hotel, and elevators They offer a continental breakfast for a reasonable price Great location, many restaurants and coffee places on the same street and all around. Located at the center of the Old Town. walking distance to a beautiful large Ferrera Park.

AC was not working very well

The Staff (especially the lady on reception) were fantastic - very friendly and helpful. She also makes excellent coffee! The hotel is in a superb position for exploring Aviles and catching the bus to other cities in the region. My room was at the front of the hotel and was really comfortable, I greatly appreciated being able to have a hot soak in the bath after a long day of walking around. The figure sitting in the chair in reception is very lifelike, lost count of the number of times I said hello to him!

The street below my balcony was a little noisy in the night- this is not the fault of the hotel the doors to the balcony were double glazed and they can't be responsible for the people talking loudly when walking around. I take earplugs with me when I travel so it wasn't a problem. If you are a light sleeper you may struggle.

Property was characterful, welcoming, comfortable, and quiet at night. I liked my room with a skylight. Breakfast was good with choice of buffet. The host made a point of addressing me by name which was charming

Not all the lights worked in my room. The shower would have been difficult for someone with a physical disability to access.

I stayed here 1 night on Camino. The lady at the reception was super nice, even though she didn't speak English she took the time to translate and explain how I get back on Camino next day, where is supermarket and panaderia on the way, recommended great restaurant and was super helpful. Room was beautiful, spacious and clean. Breakfast was very good. It was one of the best places I stayed at during the month on Camino. Highly recommended.

The property was absolutely clean and well located in the middle of town. Anything was a five minute walk. The host the checked me in was delightful. She was so much fun and did her best to explain. In Spanish were the grocery stores, restaurants and other things were. The breakfast was also outstanding.

Location location location. Right by the bus station, Camino & town square. The staff was so friendly & provided suggestions for pizza! Breakfast was wonderful. Tell Don Pedro hi for us.

An amazing room for the price, it's gigantic, and it's right in the middle of town. The hotel owner and staff were also incredibly friendly and polite.

For some reason, despite the heaters in the room working, the rook remained ice cold the entire time.

For a "romantic" place, ask for a quiet room, because at night this area gets extremely rowdy in the narrow streets surrounding the hotel, and the noise on Saturday nights lasts till 5am

Centrally located in the pedestrian precinct. Everything looks very new. My room was small but in excellent condition. Attractive room with stone walls and wooden floor and ceiling. Good air conditioning unit. Lift. Very quiet. Breakfast starts at 7.30am which is ideal for a peregrino.

Check in was chaotic. I had walked 25 km in the pouring rain and was dripping wet and tired. The reception person really wanted to help but unfortunately wanted to help everyone and although I was the only person there when I arrived it took 15 minutes to check in as she had a long telephone call with someone asking what food was available, discussion with someone else who turned up wanting to know about renting a room and insisted on showing me multiple rooms rather than just assigning me one. In the end I had to insist that she give me the key for one of the rooms I had seen and let me go to dry off.
