The room was big, for the price it was lovely to have a large junior suite with a good size bathroom, living room, balcony and bedroom. The pool area was very nice with easy access to the bar for cold water (it was 42c so water was important). Unfortunately due to a medical incident, my friend had to visit a local hospital. Reception was very helpful directing me to the hospital and all staff polite and friendly. This was nice as I often feel less welcome in Spain as an Englishman, but the staff were very nice.

The rooms are looking a little tired, some paint on the furniture would smarten things up. My only gripe is the €7.50 for parking, which I think is expensive given the location is not in Seville… it made it feel like a cheeky way to make extra cash, although I appreciated the parking was under covers protecting my vehicle from the sun.

It is a very good looking hotel. Clean and with good facilities. Very nice staff and overall a good stay. The bathroom in the bedroom was beyond amazing, very well impressed with that, very big and the shower was spacious and very well built. It's also easy to get to this location and we found it very well located and of easy access to everywhere we eanted to go.

We stayed in a 2 single beds bedroom and because the space was big and so good, we wished the beds were farther apart so we could have more space to move around them, since we both had separate beds so we both needed our own space. However, I still do not consider this a downpoint for this hotel, it is a very small detail.

The evening buffet was very tasty. The parking facilities are good. The room was fine with a nice terrace.

Too many other mini events going on at the same time, such as communions and other such celebrations, taking up space for other guests and causing the bar to be relocated.

We used this as our base for visiting the Donana National Park - we had the Romantic offer which included evening meal, breakfast and a bottle of bubbly in the room. Food and service was fantastic. We had a huge room with balcony and living room space, the bathroom was lovely and had loads of great products. My only issue was I think the rooms either side of us had jetlag and were moving around all night so I barely slept sadly. But I recommend the hotel and the additional food options, was a lovely hotel to stop for the night.

All lovely. Just a jetlagged guest or two that kept us awake.

I thought from the time I checked in to the kindness and politeness the staff showed me throughout my stay were nice. I even extended and they did that flawlessly. I will no doubt stay there again because even the food was good to eat. The view from the balcony was quite amazing as well.

The WIFI reception could have been better, but other than that, I don't think there is much I could have wanted. I thought the food process, especially at breakfast was a bit pricey but overall it wasn't bad.

The location was perfect, outside of the city of Sevilla but just 10/15 min with the car. The hotel itself was very nice, the structure and design. The housekeeping team is doing such a great job with cleaning the room! Overall we had a good stay, only it was hard to communicate with some reception staff as they didn’t speak any english.

Great room with terrace and view, plus nice breeze ( my room was facing South). Whole building is sort of "Disneylandish" yet in a reasonable local fashion. Restaurant and bar with reasonable prices. Free parking right outside the hotel in a safe area.

Swimming pool open only from 4PM to 8PM... but in that time slot it's in the shade of the building, that was my only disappointment ( but a pretty big one).

The staff were very accommodating, I had 6:00am starts each day and they made me a breakfast box each day.

The evening meal was a little too late for me as I had early starts. It would have been great if the sun loungers were available to use.

Excellent service by everyone from the front desk, restaurant, bar, cleaning service. I was here for 3 weeks and have no complaints. Great location and accomodations

wifi was down one day but they were persistent in getting it back up. no other issues

Decent rooms, City view was a pleasant surprise. Clean washrooms with basic amenitites. Staff was really nice and helpful.

The pool was closed on May 14th probably because of the less number tourists during that time.
