Lovely hotel with many attractions. Very clean, friendly staff, lovely food. Loved the shuttle bus to the water park. Beautiful area and views from room.

Indor poor/spa extremely expensive (10€ pp for hour) as not included in all inclusive option, not even one entrance. Flooding rings to the slides in water park not included and very expensive (15€ duble 8€ single per day plus deposit)

The overall property was in a great condition, lots of areas to explore and well equipped for children and adults alike.

The meal times (particularly dinner) starts at 8pm which is a little late for babies/toddlers but we made it work for us. The location was pretty isolated with a train station about 25 minutes walk away. Getting to most of the attractions wasn’t straightforward by public transport but the local bus (M-120) to the centre was pretty good and very cheap so we used it most during our week. The hotel staff didn’t seem too confident in giving travel advice to places within the local area/city wide…a taxi was the common response.

The rooms were clean and well kept. The bed was fairly comfortable. The food at the resort was great and had a really good assortment that changed each day, which we really liked as it enabled us to try a bunch of different things. The resort is well situated with plenty to do nearby if you want to venture off property. You don't really need to as the pool at the hotel and the water park attached are really good. Our kids had an absolute blast and the staff were all very helpful and accommodating.

The wristbands had trouble opening my door sometimes, but such is life with technology. It wasn't really a big deal, just a few more minutes scanning my wrist on the door.

The pools and beach club were great. Reception staff were friendly. The Halloween passage of terror was a nice touch for the kids.

Whilst the food was great for meat eaters there was not much variety for vegetarians. Furthermore foods need to be labelled more accurately and perhaps even sign vegetarian options with a v sign. One of the nights there was a pasta dish labelled spinach and cheese pasta one of our party opted for it as a vegetarian option only to find bits of bacon at the bottom of the plate!! The Halloween show could have done with more audience participation. It would be great if the entertainment staff could have involved the kids in the audience calling some up to join them like the reps do in holiday Village. Blackout curtains missing in the lounge which doubled up as a bedroom meaning the light woke everyone up at sunrise.

The hotel was very clean. The staff and the Spanish families were very friendly. It's truly set up for a great family holiday with lots of entertainment for the children. The beach club is brilliant! And the location creates a nice breeze and beautiful views of the sea. Happy holiday :)

The food could be improved. A little more variety through the week would be great. The main problem was the lack of vegetarian options and you'd definitely struggle as a vegan.

The beach club was fun for the family, the spa was great especially for our 1 year old who enjoyed the family time, I also enjoyed a treatment/massage. The Junior Suite was spacious and comfortable. My 11 year old and I loved father son time in the Arcade each night.

Not enough lifts for the amount of guests especially around meal times, may be an idea to install more or have ramps between each floor for families with buggies etc. The all inclusive food was ok but very samey every day could have done with more options or theme nights.

Amazing hotel. Rooms were spotless and we were accommodated with a travel cot for our son. we stayed in the rooms right beside the turtle sanctuary and this had my 2 year old obsessed. The lobby when you first walk in was beautiful. The facilities were brilliant. We went to the spa during our stay and it was such a relaxing hour. The entertainment at night for the children was great, shows each night and trampolines and go carts on for the children too. The buffet was great, I’m a bit of picky eater myself and I felt every night and day there was always something for everyone. The selection was great. My son loved the ice cream part. The pool was brilliant for children, there was entertainment on through out the day and the shallow end of the pool was handy as my son could play and stand so was more confident in the water. We walked down the hill to the water park one day and it was brilliant cannot recommended this hotel enough.

The only thing we didn’t like was that the beach or benalmadena town wasn’t in walking distance, it was about a 15 minute taxi down the road. which wasn’t a big deal as there was so much to do in the hotel.

We loved how much there was to do for our 18m old. The beach club was amazing, with a splash play zone and shallow pool perfect for littles. He even tried out the wave pool, pirate ship & water slides too! The turtles, birds and fish in the hotel were a hit; baby had to see them all a couple times a day. The pool and evening entertainment was very good too.

There was very little choice for Gluten Free options at the main meals & snack buffet (though lactose free/plant based milks had a good selection).

The staff and hotel far exceeded our expectations. We will be returning.

The room ws clean but the rubbish had not been cleared from the bathroom. It was done within 15 mins. The soap and gel could be better for a spa hotel. There was nothing to put in bath water. The room was to 4 people but there were only 2 cups and two complimentary bottles of water. These are only minor points, they didn't really affect our enjoyment of the stay but need thinling about by the staff.
