Location /views property would need updating but have been at these apartments and accept that.👍

Ongoing maintenance in the area that we were staying in the floors 2/3 renewing air conditioning units which was very noisy in our Appartement. Perhaps knowing work was to be carried out on the days we’re staying they should have placed us in accommodation away from the maintenance area as there were apparently vacancies further away from the chasing /drilling /grinding in the hotel which lasted 2 days of our 4 day break. The young lady receptionist did offer other accommodation when we complained about the noise but it was not worth the inconvenience of having to move to another apartment.

The views were excellent , convenient location . Friendly and helpful staff that could speak English .

The sofa was a bit uncomfortable and also difficult to get out of.

It is a great location with a wonderful view. Very pleasant reception staff which was 24 hour. We have visited Calpe three times and we've stayed at the Esmeralda Unitursa on two of those occasions. We have already booked for next year!

Maybe a few Sun Beds at the Pool area! It was being refurbished this year and it will be amazing when it's finished I'm sure, but I do hope they provide sun beds or chairs for people to sit on.

The reception staff were excellent especially Pablo who was very helpful and very knowledgeable. The location is excellent and the safety deposit box system for valuables is fantastic. Also you have the added factor of 24 hrs reception coverage for help with any emergency that could arise. All receptionists speak excellent English.

Our room was on the third floor and the view was very restricted to those we've had before. Many of the furniture and fittings are a bit dated and tired. Having said that, how long do you spend in the room on a holiday. Some of the electrical plug points are positioned in a place that you cannot access. Beds were comfortable.

homely all your creature comforts under one roof. nothing is too much trouble for the staff at this hotel. paco and the other staff members are always available to give you assistance. i dont stay anywhere else other than the esmerelda apartments and no matter what the cost its the best.

the lifts are dated and don’t give you time to get in. as a wheelchair user it would be easier to have ground floor apartment

The apartment was chosen for its excellent location. Adjacent the promenade, cafes and restaurants. It was also adjoining the Esmeralda Hotel so its facilities could be enjoyed by us. The large balcony facing the sea and daytime sun was also most enjoyable.

As always excellent apartments and staff were so helpful and polite nothing is too much trouble for the staff on reception. We love Paco he’s our friend always so welcoming

Couldn’t use the pools as they were being repaired and reconstructed so can’t Moan as you can use the hotel pool.

The apartment was first class in almost all ways. Very clean and well appointed. The views were spectacular. The pool area was always clean. There was a main bathroom and an en-suit to the main bedroom. The washing machine was an unexpected added bonus. The staff were friendly and helpful with really good knowledge of the local area and the public transport available. Good restaurants and bars nearby. Lovely clean sandy beach on the doorstep.

The mattresses were very hard and uncomfortable. They really need to be changed. On a positive note, there were plenty of blankets and covers for the beds.

The floor was filthy, we had to sweep up straight away all gritty on the floor, the drawers in the bedroom under the mirror disgusting. Put our clothes in and all came out dirty, very angry, it’s like it needed a deep clean and no one had been in it for a long time. Also no towel change in 6 days

24 hrs reception, helpful staff. Cleanliness of all areas. Hand sanitizer at each portal and main entrance. Bedding and towel change after 7 days.

Wi fi was poor. It is now an essential part of travel for booking Taxis, restaurants and downloading forms for Covid travel restrictions which changes from week to week. Also we all like to keep in touch with family and friends and social media interaction is a must. The wi fi at this property is old, both equipment and sign in process rather than reconnect automatically. Wouldn't stop us returning but improvement needed. Also the TV satellite system just never worked. Again old kit.
