The swimming pool area is great - quiet with comfy sunbeds and lots of availability. The lobby was clean - staff were all very friendly and helpful. Location is great, a 5 minute walk to the beach. Room is nice and comfy with regular cleaning. Nice and quiet and adults only.

Our balcony didn’t get any sun. WiFi being additional cost. Location is very quiet as not close to the main town but close to beach and a few restaurants.

The location is very good, near the beach, a small shop with a cafe near the hotel, free parking on the street. The hotel is clean, towels are changed daily, cleaned thoroughly. The pool is small, but there are enough sunbeds nearby for everyone. the hotel is quiet, so very good for a good rest. The location is very good, it is convenient to travel everywhere in Mallorca from here.

The breakfast is not bad, maybe there is a lack of choice when staying for a longer time.

Distance to the beach was great. I upgraded to a room with a sea view which was totally worth it, as I had a really big terrace. Food and staff was brilliant!

Loved the property, but felt a little off the beaten track. Would have preferred to be a little closer to Alcúdia

I loved the location is quite but very close to the beach and a walking hike. the breakfast was nice with fresh bread and cooked eggs and other.

the pastries at the breakfast were not good, and the worst thing was that the shuttle that they got me picked me up 6h before my flight… I wasted 4h at the airport… that was very lame. I might return but possibly use the public transportation and not their shuttle service there aren’t any supermarkets close by, just two stores with almost nothing on them. the real supermarket is more than 20min off that was a problem

The location was perfect just up from the San Baulo sandy beach, with an easy short walk to the beach. The hotel also had an excellent swimming pool and garden area with terrace for relaxing with drinks etc. The staff were particularly friendly and helpful throughout our weeks stay. The whole hotel was very modern and well cared for.

There was some smoke and smell from nearby restaurant on the balcony, an issue at times if your room is on that side of the building and you want to sit on the balcony. But not a problem for us as only staying one night

Beti was really nice and helpful. Really close to the beach. Woman behind reception was quite nice in the morning.

Washing was very expensive and per item of clothing. We mamaged to do 2 loads of washing elsewhere for less than they would charge for 1 pair of pants. Dinner ended up being quite confusing as we arrived just before 9pm and asked if we could still eat. One member of staff said it was fine and another came 2 minutes later and tried to rush us out the restaurant. Staff were sometimes short tempered and didn't speak great English.

The bathroom, the terrace with proximity to a chimney which did not smell good from the restaurant next door.

Had a fantastic stay here, great staff, good location to get around, breakfast buffet with endless options, gym available for use, very clean and peaceful

Not a lot of space available around the pool, pool bar dining options can be improved not really good and pricey

I liked the location was nice and quiet. Easy access to local beach..20 min walk to the main part of can picafort along the seafront. Pool was great.

After 4 days there was no hotel WiFi.
