Location for us is perfect just of the motorway, secure parking , easy checking in, we had a room with a balcony and a bath ,after a long dive important to us , the bed line is amazing and the beds are massive , we arrived with our 2 medium sized dogs and the room had 2 dogs beds 2 water bowls and hand made biscuits for them , that touch to us was amazing the dogs were allowed in the front bar/cafeteria area , in the evening we had a eat all you want buffet were you pick your own meat and fish and the grill it for you over 100% so good we booked our return trip

The buffet meal in the evening was excellent value at €17.50 -huge choice of starters , freshly cooked mains of fish or meat or vegetable dishes. The wine was good too. Everyone was very helpful as I had never seen food cooked before me. I had fish and it was cooked before me. The desserts were also excellent . I had my dog with me so had to go and fetch the food into the cafe area. Would have been impossible on my own although my dog would have behaved impeccably and stayed in the cafe.

The only thing that lets it down is the bathroom fittings are always needed attention, stiff taps, chipped soap dish etc.

Hotel location is good and the reception staff are friendly. We had drinks at the bar which was a very pleasant atmosphere and the bar tender service was excellent. A big bonus for us was our dog could join us in the bar.

We were hoping for food in the bar area as we could not take our dog into the restaurant but there was nothing suitable. Some pizza or beef burgers, tapas, All i oli, tomato with bread, etc, would have been good and easy to serve from the bar, however we had toast, dry ham and cheese. If you decide to offer some easy menu food then a menu in different languages would be most useful.

We have stayed here many times as it is a perfect place to overnight when travelling to either Bilbao or Santander for the ferries. Last time we stayed the restaurant was poor which we mentioned in previous reviews however something has changed and the restaurant this time was very good. Attentive staff and hot food made our experience a joy! Also, as we now run an electric car, the Zunder chargers at the rear of the hotel were very useful.

Not much. Our room was at the back and there was quite a bit of noise from what sounded like a generator or an air conditioning unit. That’s about it.

This very large hotel has excellent facilities. The room was spacious with supplied amenities. Bed was comfortable and the shower good. The buffet dinner was a standout as you could pick your meat and vegetables and have a chef cook them for you. The other options on the buffet were also excellent. The service from the wait staff was friendly and attentive. The cold menu items were plentiful.

Breakfast was not quite as good as dinner - the hot food was lukewarm at best. with cold fried eggs and very tepid scrambled eggs. Not sure why they can't have them hot.

The location it's right off the motorway we didn't want to be travelling through a city. The hotel was clean, staff very pleasant, dog friendly and our room was very spacious with a massive comfortable bed, we had evening meal and breakfast, it's self service and quite varied, fishes and meats cooked to order, nothing too posh, it had a relaxed feel to it. The hotel is situated near a fuel station and electric points, fuel was very cheap. It's great for a 1 night stay over, which we wanted. Would definitely stay again

For the price all good

Good room and excellent staff, we stayed with out two Retrievers and staff were good with them setting us up a table in the cafe section to eat with them but allowing us to walk the small distance to the breakfast room and bringing the food back. Great location (stop) for those travelling to Alicanti, Mercia and beyond with pets.

Plenty of area but not really good for dog walking, all concrete no real grass and lots of old tyres so walking dogs not so good but I suppose we must also appreciate that as well as a hotel the management here are running a twenty four hour truck stop ( good fuel price for fill up) so we have to expect old tyres litter and plastic bottles of urine thrown out by the HgV drivers onto the land adjacent to the truck parking ( which is the only real area you have for dog walking. The hotel don’t say they have a dog walk area so I suppose I am being a little unfair but they do say they are “pet friendly” maybe to make a small investment in changing a small area into a secure dog walk might be an idea for the future.

Hotel was excellent location just off motorway travelling down through Spain for an overnight stop. Friendly and accommodating staff. Dog friendly. There is a lovely cafe/library area where you can sit and eat if you have a dog as dogs not allowed in restaurant. Excellent breakfast and they even laid table in the cafe area as we had our dog. comfortable bed and big shower. quiet room. Would highly recommend, a little gem off the motorway.

It’s a big hotel close to the motorway (between Pamplona and Zaragoza) there’s nothing else around (apart from a petrol station opposite). The hotel is huge - two weddings we’re taking place when I was there but I didn’t notice them at all. The rooms are lovely, clean, nice bathrooms etc. There is a cafeteria with bocadillos and other snacks. There is a restaurant that was great - you pick what you want to eat and they cook it for you! Lots of seafood, vegetable and meat choices. Breakfast buffet was more usual but also good. You can also park for free outside the hotel. I would definitely stay here again if breaking up a road trip. The access to motorway is super quick and easy.

It’s not near to anywhere so it’s hard to go off for a walk but they do have free bike hire so maybe there is a route.

It is conveniently placed, with a garage opposite for refuelling. There is both covered and open parking by the hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms are comfortable with a large double bed. They have a superb walk-in shower in the bathroom. We stayed for breakfast which was substantial and had a good variety of products. It is our second stay here and would recommend it for overnight stays.
