Adults only pool. Big suite with separate bed, living and bathroom. Nicely decorated hotel.

There are nice quiet rooms with view on the golf, but not available. We had one of the rooms viewing the surrounding road which can be a bit noisy. Avoid the rooms at the pool if you dont have kids. According to booking.com all rooms have seaview which is not even possible from where the hotel is, it is actually quite a walk to the beach.

This is a very clean property. The staff were very warm, friendly and professional. The hotel was busy with a lot of families with small children but they tended to stay in the big main pool and there was an adult pool nearby which was more quiet. our room was one of the furthest away but this was good because it was very relaxing and quiet, we also had a lovely view of the golf course. the rooms are spacious with a separate sitting area. the housekeeping was efficient quickly bringing missing items for the bathroom, also they brought us a coffee machine. there was plenty of free parking around the hotel albeit busy, but we opted to pay for private parking in the garage (Pre-booked). i would stay at this resort again it was very convenient for the Concert Music festival nearby (we had tickets for an event)….

Nothing bad to say

Close to La Barossa beach which is magical. The hotel has everything you need. We had breakfast and dinner and it was totally worth it. The room is equipped with everything you need, including toothbrushes and tooth paste. It is also the only hotel where guests only leave the towels on the sun beds only when they actually stay there. Very educated tourists and staff is very friendly.

Everything was great. Beautiful property, amazing room, spacious, with beautiful big terrace. The breakfast buffet is excellent and they bring brewed coffee to the table. That for us was plus point. The dinner buffet is also very good and well priced. Staff are very helpful and polite and kind. Everything was great.

Difficult getting to the rooms on the upper floor if you have a baby stroller or wheelchair. No elevators, only stairs. So we had to carry our baby's stroller up and down maybe 20 times during our stay.

Staff were lovely, great location easy to get around as the bus top was across the road. Nicely decorated reception etc

More areas to sit outside alfresco always to busy to sit on the terrace for breakfast or dinner so had to sit inside. Could have more planting around the pool area to make it prettier. Kettle in the room had a chemical cleaner in unable to use. Chrome didn’t work very well on the TV

The food was nice and always fresh, the staff was very helpful. Not far from the beach at all

According to the value of the rooms, I think the hotel could provide fruits for free all day long. Also, all the guests of the hotel should be provided with free car park spaces and sunbeds at the beach

Very nice and well kept facilities despite some noticeable age. Amazing Staff. The best I found in the last 5 years at least. From front desk, Service, Animators, Bar tenders, Restaurant staff. Simply amazing. Great HR work Vincci!

Some details on the suites are aged and in need for some renovation soon.

Excellent hotel with good value for money, smiley and helpful staff, proximity to a very nice beach, nice gardens, silent and relaxed atmosphere.

The breakfast is good while the buffet dinner is average hotel quality with little variety. They organise weddings and it is annoying because the staff is too busy and not all bars are available.

We were pleasantly surprised with the suites. We didn't expect then to be so spacious. The staff we're very friendly and efficient snd the food excelente quality. We will definitely be staying again. When we booked it was a garden view and on arrival we were given a pool view which we both liked.

The only thing I found missing in the balcony is some form of clothes line were to hang swim suits to dry.

Staff amazing, food in buffet great. we had lunch at the pol bar and it was good but too much of it. Room was clean an comfy, and had everything you could need. we had a garden access which was nice. The pool for the kids was very nice, and have a lifeguard. We couldn't ask for more

we stayed only one nigh!
