- Comfortable, good sized room, with a good bed and nice furniture, including a working safe. - Great bathroom, especially the shower. - Good central location, easy to walk around the town. - Good secure parking, suitable for motorcycle - Staff reasonably friendly, but had issues with IT systems. - Hotel was a nice place to be - Hotel and room was clean and tidy

The room was of decent size and pretty well cleaned. Even though I was given a TWN room, both beds were of excellent size. No issues connecting to the hotel's Wi-Fi. Perhaps not the fastest out there, but definitely holding its ground within the 'positive' sphere. Updated WCs, with a cool shower cabin.

The décor of the room/hotel felt a bit dated but nothing that'll prevent you from having an enjoyable stay. No rack to put your luggage on, though! Not what you'd expect from a hotel chain this important in Spain. All in all, no major spoilers attached.

This hotel was fantastic. The room was very big, so was the bed. It was comfortable, there was plenty of seating and, being on a main road, the windows were very well insulated. Breakfast was also great and staff fantastic. Lots of lovely things to see in the communal areas of the hotel. Free parking and plenty of it. Short drive into Ciudad Real and plenty of restaurants nearby.

Nothing not to like - very impressed with the whole hotel.

We loved the style and decor of the inside of the hotel. The quality of everything was great. The room was quiet and comfortable with an excellent bathroom and super shower. Breakfast was fantastic with so much choice and variety and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We could not fault anything.

The wifi is unacceptable in the sense that you have to log on every time you have been off. The lady handling my checkin was not paying attention to me and I had to wait a long time before she had time for me. Also the man man on checkout was not friendly.

We found the hotel during a trip. The hotel is really amazing and it offers a high quality of service: from the parking to the valet arriving at the breakfast. We really enjoined it.

Unfortunately, the bathroom of our room was without the bidet, it's very important for us. Anyway, we discovered that the bathroom inside the gym was equipped with it.

Well situated to the motorway and not too far from the centre if you don't mind a walk. It's flat at least. Room was good and better than expected for the price. Good secure parking but I would have preferred it to be under cover.

Jolly decent modern hotel with a big comfortable room and very effective air con. Secure parking for motorbikes and about 15 mins walk to Plaza Mayor. But - no bar or restaurant and covid blamed. Been travelling for 3w in Spain and plenty other hotels have open bars/restaurants. Pizza places nearby.
