We use the Silken as a quick stopover in our way to / from Lisbon. It is ideally situated in the centre of the city and is spotlessly clean and has excellent staff. The price is good for this standard of hotel and we wouldn,t hesitate to stay for longer........

Love the location , spacious room and terrace , comfortable Bed great linens , reception was professional efficient and knew the area around the Hotel.

Had to think about this... Only thing is limited plugs around the bed for electronics. I suggest you only change bedlights with integrated USB ports until you do a room renovation

Location was great, very central. The room was a good size and very clean, and great value when split between 3 people.

My car didn't fit in the car lift, which is the only way to access the parking which was included in the price of the stay. Parking is unsuitable for a 4x4, which meant that on arrival we then had to go and find another car-park - which I was less happy to use as I wanted the security of the Hotel's private car park. The member of staff on reception was helpful in finding an alternative car-park, but it was still quite inconvenient at the end of a long drive, to have to find alternative parking (and pay for it).

This large hotel is conveniently located right next to the main town square, a 15-minute walk from the railway station. The room was big and clean with adequate toiletries provided. The buffet breakfast offering was generous, with many different hot and cold options.

It was a shame there were no tea and coffee facilities in the room, although there was room service available.

It's conveniently located in the city centre. The bed was very comfy and it was a plus to have an armchair in the room. Nice reception area and friendly staff.

The room needs a bit of an upgrade. Also we could hear all the noise from the street which woke us up at night a lot.

Only a minor thing , the bathroom door could do with changing it to one that opens outwards as only a small bathroom.

Location was good. Close to everything you need on a short stay. Will probably be back in the future when passing Ciudad Real. Good breakfast and a very good bed after a 5h trip on the road. Recommended.

Amazing stuff. Very helpful and pleasant. Nice breakfast. Everything is clean and quite new. Good location, within walking distance to the touristic city center. Definitely will come back.

Fantastic place to stay. Really comfortable beds. Breakfast was really good. Secure under ground parking for our motorbikes. Close to town centre and good bars & restaurants. Excellent!!!

the Hotel is right next to the main square, but blocked from the noise. they provided access to their underground parking via an elevator. there were plenty of bars and restaurants very close by.
