The central pool, which is clean and always supervised by a lifeguard, the breakfast. I also had a lot of fun during the water aerobics session! Futher more the room cleanliness, and the courtesy of the staff were all excellent. Other guests were friendly and respectful, contributing to a positive tourist atmosphere. The direct access to the beach is also a great advantage for the property.

The lunch at the pool snack bar had high prices for the quality and quantity of the dishes served. If I have to make another note, when I went to the central lounge bar in the evening, twice, I had to wait a long time just to get an ice cream. Unfortunately, there was only one person serving everyone, so the wait was about 20 minutes. However, since I was on vacation, it didn't really bother me.

It is perfectly situated in a quiet area, right next to Sa Caleta beach, with Cala Santandria a 5 minute walk. It is also a 5 minute drive from the lovely Ciutadella. The staff are all so accommodating (especially Asma!!) and always have a smile on their faces! The rooms are basic, but clean, with self-catering facilities and are cleaned daily. We had a lovely view over the main swimming pool. We didn’t eat in the hotel, so I can’t comment on the food.

The beds were a little hard for my liking but everything else was great.

Nice place to stay as a family. It's walking distance from a beach where you can swim or snorkel. There's a great pool to hang out by.

We tried the all-you-can-eat buffet dinner one night and it was just ok. It wasn't included in our stay so we didn't come back. I can see the appeal for young kids though. We didn't have breakfast included so we didn't pay for that. The first night I woke up super hot and realized the air conditionner wasn't working (it had been before) so I called the reception and they asked if my balcony door was closed (which is was) as the A/C doesn't work when it's not closed. So I checked it and the door hadn't clicked into place so it didn't register as closed. I clicked it and the A/C came back on. I wish they had told me this at check in.

Wonderful place that had everything you needed! Great size room and plenty of storage for clothes. Receptionist, unfortunately didn’t get her name! She was incredible. Super kind. Answered all our questions with no issues and always had a smile on her face. Thank you for making it extra special. Me and my husband would recommend her for any hospo job! Rooms also were tidied up nicely. Another thank you to the housekeeping team.

The breakfast was a little disappointing but not the worst. There was a lady going around from the guest experience team. Me and my husband found her a little strange. It seems she was talking about what other guests had said about their stay. She seems a little bit like a school girl that is complaining about the feedback. When really she should be motivated on acting on those negative feedbacks. Maybe not the job for her. I feel a lot of her comments were quite offensive too and can upset other guests. She was not professional at all!

I liked that there was a kitchen available in the room. It made it easy to prepare food instead of spending money outside to eat at a restaurant.

The check-in was very late. It was supposed to be at 14:00 and we arrived at 14:30 and they said the room was still not available. They said that check-in is usually from 14:00 - 16:00. We waited until 16:15 for them to call (which they said they would, but they never did). I felt I wasted most of the day waiting for the room to be ready. Finally, on the last day, check-out was at 11:00am and the cleaners started knocking on the door from 09:30am several times rushing us to leave earlier than check-out. It was very unpleasant, feeling forced to leave earlier than planned. And frustrating that on our check-in, the rooms were not available until very late afternoon, considering they bombard their guests very early for check-out.

The accommodation itself was very spacious, the bathroom was big enough, as well as the balcony and we had a view on the inner side - to the pool. The staff was doing their job properly, from the reception to the cleaning team and the kitchen. We enjoyed the duration hours (7:30-10:30 and 19:30-22:30) of breakfast/dinner. I may add that the dinner was always delicious and various. It had been a pleasure staying there.

The biggest issue in our eyes was the lack of diversity in the breakfast (dinner was always something to choose from). For 7 days, we did not get a single rotation of the food, thus we had to eat more or less the same each morning.

Great location, lots for children to do!

Not much food available during the day in the pool side bar and the supermarket could be better stocked.

I liked having the use of all the facilities, especially the pools. It was nice to be so near a beach.

The apartment was smaller than I expected. The beds were a bit hard. It was a long walk into the nearby town as buses were not very frequent.

Great value. The pool was fantastic, although quite cold. Plenty of sun beds. Apartment size fine and a lovely balcony. Kitchen had everything you needed for basic self catering. The pack of cloths, washing up liquid, etc was a good touch. Nice quiet area. Only a 20 minute walk into Ciutadella with lots of amenities. Covid 19 rules good, with mask wearing and hand gels. Would try to stay again if I was to come back to the area

Check in was absolutely appalling. I have never been anywhere so slow. There were two parties being checked in when we got there and we were 2nd in the queue. We were there for an hour! Guests were standing at one end of the counter to speak with staff (card keys not working, etc) and staff just dealt with them and left the rest of us. Bar staff were extremely slow too. We waited about 20 minutes then went back to our room and got our own beer and took in down. Hate to be there in the height of the season. I know staff work hard and I don't like to be negative but it was poor.

Location is great. Ideal for those wanting to spend a day at the beach and still a short 2km walk to centre. Breakfast was also great value for money!

It’s very outdated and most of the facilities were in poor state I.e. gym had only a couple of benches and weights, disco was closed, etc..
