We spent two nights here during our holiday to Northern Spain. We were blown away by the hotel - every little thing had been considered, and the hotel was stunning. The room was well equipped with things I didn’t even know I needed (like a sewing kit, an exfoliating mitt etc). And the staff really made the trip, everyone was attentive but didn’t make you feel watched over. Definitely make time to visit the spa and sauna if you visit too. We ate in the hotel both nights and the food was excellent, as was the wine list. We also booked with breakfast included, which I would thoroughly recommend. It’s not cheap, but the selection is impeccable - we felt like royalty!

Super destination, clearly a superior hotel. Architecturally beautiful buildings. Beautiful views. Comfortable beds. Spacious stylish bedroom. Lovely toiletries, robes and coffee machine.

The restaurant was underwhelming. We had expected the restaurant to be top quality . However their food was not up to the same standard as the rest of the visit, and, despite pointing out that my fish was cold and undercooked, they did not refund the dish. There was no Ceylon / English breakfast tea available for the rooms without paying an additional charge.

The room was spacious, modern and very comfy. The staff was extremely friendly, professional and helpful. We loved the breakfast! We had dinner in the restaurant and the bistro and the food and services were impeccable. We used the spa and we really liked both the sauna and the steam-bath. The surrounding towns and coast-line are worth visiting.

The facilities are gorgeous, well decorated, well maintained and super clean. Rooms are very comfortable, and the spa was nice. The location calls for a car, but views are beautiful and it's easy to go to other places for short daytrips. Staff in reception and housekeeping was attentive.

The food was definitely subpar, especially when considering the rest of the hotel. Hot food at breakfast was disappointing. The restaurant offer little value for money - food was quite bland. Same with room service. Restaurant staff was a bit of a mixed bag - some were nice but others did not provide a service worth of a 5 star hotel.

We arrived on 3rd April just a couple of days after the hotel had re-opened after an extensive refurbishment., it was like arriving in a brand new hotel. The staff were friendly and efficient. Excellent rooms with high quality furnishings. A stunning restaurant (Baila) with top class service and a bistrot for light bites when/if you want. Highly attentive bar staff. The Spa. An excellent welcome from super helpful staff and great local visits. A beautiful location.

My husband and I had a fantastic stay here! Incredibly clean and comfortable, in a most beautiful and peaceful corner of Spain. You can stay there and just enjoy your time or drive within 5-60 minutes to a long list of places to see, do, eat. The staff were fantastic as well.

Perfect hideaway - fantastic place in.a fantastic location with fantastic views. The staff was really helpful and friendly, the room was spaceous and the interior design lovely. It is the ideal place if you are looking for somewhere calm and relaxing. I definitely will come again.
