The hotel is pleasant, there is a nice bar area where we could also work if necessary. The best part of staying here was Sylvia! she was a breath of fresh air. Funny, sweet, helpful and even though she spoke little English and we spoke little Spanish we had a blast with her.

It's a little far out of town to walk in - but the rain may have had something to do with that :-)

The room had a balcony. It was a short walk from the centre, beside a park, near the Palace and Gaudi's building and near some good restaurants. The staff at reception were friendly and helpful. It seemed like a lively spot.

There was a large party staying that night who were up late and loud in the corridor. The weather was wet and there was no drying facility in the room, the radiators were off and weren't delivering any heat. The room had aircon but it was too loud to leave on at night, maybe I just didn't know how to control it properly. An electric kettle would be appreciated. We didn't dine at the hotel, the prices seem too high for our budget.

We felt very welcomed on our arrival by Silvia who was at reception. She is really friendly and professional. The hotel is really nice and located in a quiet area of Comillas but just a short walk from town and it main attractions. The room was spacious for two people, had a wardrobe and a very well equipped and clean bathroom. Even though we requested a double bed we got a twin room, but beds were very comfy.

Nothing to dislike

Good location in Comillas with car parking, you can easily walk to the beach, town and sights. Room was clean and spacious, it had a small balcony and traditional furniture. Reception staff was very friendly and helpful. (We didn't have breakfast,)

Decor was a bit dated in places. The bed felt hard and uncomfortable for us, but I understand it's a personal preference.

Very comfortable hotel - perfect for a Camino stay. Great pillows and bed. Good location just out of the centre of town but close to restaurants and Comillas attractions. I didn’t have breakfast but it was nice to be able to get an early morning cup of coffee.

Not worth having a balcony - small and it faced directly onto another building.

The staff! So friendly, so helpful so kind and authentic. Danielle and Sylvia we’re so helpful and made this day very personal. The room was beautiful as well

It would’ve been nice to have a little food at the hotel and I guess the bathroom shower could’ve been a little bit better condition

Good choice of food available for breakfast. Great shower in our room, instant hot water available 24/7. Town centre and sea front were within easy walking distance from the hotel. Staff were very helpful and knowledgeable about the area.

Nothing it was great place to stay.

We had to leave before breakfast was served, but staff were still available in the morning to make us some coffees to start the day of right. Loved the location, just on the outskirts of town but still within walking distance to the downtown and the beach.

One of my favourite hotels that I stayed in while walking the Camino del Norte. The warm welcome I received from the young man on reception (sorry I never asked your name) to the comfortable, quiet and spotlessly clean rooms. Very central too. 100% recommend.
