Real 5 stars experience. Location in front of sea and Isla de Lobos

Honestly we would prefer there wasn't an All Inclusive option as in the past. There are already too many hotels with that service that avoid other bars & restaurants to be developped

Having been to the island before was my first time at this property. Definitely great value for money. We were all inclusive for the week and what I liked about it was the choice of restaurants, and the complementary mini bars in the room. We had a ocean view room and it was very comfortable with one of the best showers I’ve experienced in a hotel. The pool area was lovely and really like the poolside service, meant that we didn’t need to go back and fourth to bar which was a nice touch. The sun beds were very comfortable. The team were so accommodating even when we experienced an issue with our room early on our stay they were very quick to resolve the matter and made sure we were comfortable. The serves in the restaurants were all very helpful and they built up a good relationship with us during our stay which made it feel very personal. From our go to water choice to good to foods. I felt as though we got great value for money. A big shout out to Hanna who was a great help during our time there.

Although the location allows for beautiful views from the room it is a little far from the main town. However, we download the local app for the electric scooters and where able to get in and out of town with ease. It os walkable but it does take about 20-30 minutes.

Amazing breakfast with many options. Easy access to the beach and plenty of sun-beds available around the pool. From the moment we arrived in our taxi, we received a warm welcome by the concierge who offered us welcome drinks whilst we checked in. A huge shout out to the concierge (did not catch his name) who was always on hand to support us with transfers and translation with the taxi drivers. He also ensured we received breakfast in our room before our 7:30am taxi on the day of check out. During our stay there was a small leak in the bathroom but this was solved within 30 minutes of it being mentioned which we appreciated. Housekeeping were fab, not only do make clean the room every morning, they also pop by in the evening to ask if we would like them to get our room ready for the evening (removing the bed runner and extra pillow, drawing the curtains, and providing bottled water). The e-scooters which are docked adjacent to the hotel were a excellent way of getting onto the main strip. Overall we had an amazing stay, and would love to visit again in the near future.

Pros: - Spacious rooms - Very good breakfast - Very kind staff (a bit of a struggle if you try to communicate with them in English) - Beautiful view from the room - Nice in hotel restaurants - Well-equipped gym and spa

Cons: - Lunch options were limited (make sure you have a good breakfast) - 30 min walk from the main city - There were a lot of small ants in the room (if you don't pay attention you will probably not notice) - Often when I left the towels on the floor as an appointed sign if you want them changed they just hung the dirty towels back. - Room key cards often didn't work well so you have to go a few times to the reception they to fix them

Very comfortable hotel and rooms, staff were wonderful and the food was lovely.

Relative to the rest of the island, it is a very expensive hotel to eat and drink in and a bit out of the way to go elsewhere within walking distance in the evening. Fortunately taxis are 5 euro incl tip to corralejo town. An example would be the price for a measure of gin was 11 euro and tonic 6 euro where any other place on the island charges 5 euro for a gin and tonic.

Had a lovely week: We were dubious about the hotel’s size but it was lovely, we’d stay here again. It’s expensive but worth it. Staff great. Everywhere clean. Beds super comfy. Great shower and bath. Breakfast insanely good with so much choice. All the usual naughty cooked stuff plus healthy goji berries, chia seeds, Macha, spirulina etc. to add. Highly recommend paying more for a full frontal sea view room - it made the week for us. We were in room 333 which got sun on our private terrace until midday = heaven. About 10 minutes walk north to a rocky surf area About 20 minutes walk south to a beautiful sandy surf area. Easy walk to Corralejo about 25 mins. Corralejo itself not very nice. Cotillo much nicer.

Hotel arranged taxi collection. The fact the amazing pier restaurant is only open at weekends - it was the best restaurant and closed in the week!? The quality of wines to order by the glass is low. Average age of guests About 65! We were some of the youngest in our 30s. Not enough milk put in room for morning coffee . Spa pool a bit cold.

The breakfast and in fact all the food was amazing. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. Loved the pool area, the spa and the fancy loungers on the beach. The lobby is pretty imposing so excellent first impression paired with the warm welcome at receptionen.

If we’re nit picking, the only thing we can think of is part of the layout that meant that instead of going straight up from the breakfast buffet end of the hotel (our room was on level 1 next to the spa) you had to walk upstairs to the large lobby, traverse it only to have to take the stairs downstairs at the opposite end, followed by a long walk down the corridor. Great for the step count but it seems to be a design error.

only one thing that I can say that’s negative …. the unsightly derelict buildings around the hotel. The hotel itself fantastic.

the property itself was beautiful and the staff were very nice and helpful.

my room balcony door (ground floor) had a crack in the glass and also the door was broken which meant it was difficult to lock. I didn’t enjoy the food in the buffet restaurant and thought it was incredibly over priced at €44. the Japanese restaurant had really nice food but again very overpriced there were equivalent or better value and quality options in Corralejo itself. the pool was lovely but didn’t open until 11am which I think is really late in comparison to any other place I’ve went on holiday. I usually get up early and hope to go for a swim first thing at 8 or 9. there is an indoor spa which opens early but it’s not the same as being outdoor swimming.

Very Clean, staff very helpful and polite, swimming pool amazing, breakfast exquisite, very good SPA. Bed better than mine. Bedroom impressive big.

Shower very close the wall, and not very isolated, wetting the floor bathroom. Teppanyaki experience very bad and expensive, We expected a kind of show with a performance from the chef, but he was just cooking very seriously and gave us all the food at the same time. Drinks are too expensive.
