Amazing location, it's like an oasis in the dessert. Right on the beach and the lagoon next to it. The facilities are great, big pool, small but nice gym. Food was excellent as well. Most of the staff are super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend for couples or families.

The hotel needs an update, the rooms haven't been refurbished for a long time and needs a bit of attention. The doors start to break, the water stays in the sink and doesn't flow away easily.

The location was great, very serene. The absolute top of our stay was the food - the display, the quality, variety - really amazing and tasty. Also - Rituals (brand) in the room - quite lovely!

The location was in a beautiful spot - the view was stunning, yet, throughout our stay it was quite cold. We don’t mind windy, but it was cold and not much of sun. We drove approx 15km to Morro Jable or even closer - within 10km - El Salmo, and it was sunny and warm, even if windy. If you cannot drive around, you might be feeling cold throughout, the wind was so strong, you could hear it - quite loud, while in the room.

We loved everything, location, pools, beach, lagune, sea and sea view from the room, AI food, snack and drink, attentive staff, overall "feel good" about the hotel. All area was well looked after and cleaned/washed daily. Whilst hotel was almost fully booked we did not feel it, at all, no crowding in the restaurant/bars, always free sunbeds, plenty of space on the beach. Kids really enjoyed stroking local cats. Separate thank you to Paola on reception and Sebastian at Gabi bar for making us welcome and looked after. Amazing opportunity to try/learn water sports - windsurfing, kite surfing, wing-folding, etc

Out of 2 lifts only 1 was working some days which meant longer waiting times. Sometimes we had to use stairs from 8th floor down to 2nd or 1st. In restaurant we had to check the plates as sometimes they were not well washed. WiFi was available but unreliable by the pool. Room décor could do with updating but did not spoil out stay. Not a hotels issue, just bare in mind, hole area is very windy - pool, beach, etc

It was a perfect getaway for us, both the kids and us enjoyed the ocean and the pools, great walks on the sandy beach along the cost! Was satisfying just to was the surfers, will give it a go next time too! Food was great, excellent service, clean rooms! Clean and tidy all the way through to whole resort, well organised staffs!

Should have some sort of towel hooks in the bathroom it’s big enough to accommodate them, rather then hang them all over the room. Also could have a bit more comfier sofa bed for kids to sleep on. Apart from these I was satisfied, I was there for a rest not to judge!

The hotel has unique location for those who want to do kite or windsurf, far from touristic "factories". The main swimming pool is very nice and has corners for kids (the 3 other pools were under maintenance work). The restaurant is fair and the stuff is extremely helpful and efficient. The view from the room is great. Perfect for a few day stay with children. Our son adores kids disco and kids club.

The rooms are very old fashioned but spacious and comfortable. The hotel is quite old but very clean.. It's only a matter of design for thous who are sensitive to the visual part of interiors. The views form the terrace compensate the interior design. The common parts are very nicely designed though (the bar at the reception level is very very nice).

Very nice hotel, lots of nice plants in the area of the hotel making it seems pretty green. Location perfect for kitesurfers, just on the spot. Variety of pools, very nice pool for kids (water was warm) and lots of activities. Specious, comfy rooms with big beds (able to fit parents and a kid ;)). Nice staff and helpful staff that provided a crib for a child when we asked for one. Tasty breakfasts.

Indeed elevators can be a bottleneck during high season (especially in rush hours) but then again we lived on 8th floor and it was not too bad to actually walk up and down (the stairs are very wide and quite comfy to walk on also not too many per floor). At the same time there were young, healthy people resting entire day by the pool taking an elevator just to go 1 or 2 floors up/down so if you are one of them-shame on you. Buffet dinner was so so (still good) but lots of meat and lots of dishes were a bit too olive-oily for my taste.

Perfect location for watersports with Rene Egli wind&kitesurfing base right in front of the hotel. Amazing lagoon and endless, empty beaches that you can walk along for hours. This is the last hotel on the south end of Costa Calma and the next civilization is some 15-20 kms further down south. There is only the hotel and the nature around. The food was very good, fresh, tasty and diversified, with many options to choose from, including all varieties of high quality fish (tuna, swordfish) and other seafoods (grilled squid was very good). The all-inclusive option was quite OK, but the wines offered and coffee could have been better. Very nice staff, really kind, always smiling, helpful and discreet.

We had a double bed that consisted of two single beds joined together and they were sliding apart too easily so we would wake up with a 10 cm gap between our beds. Mattresses could have been more comfortable, too. The hotel is some 8 or 9 stories high and there are only two small elevators that get crowdy during meal times and the waiting time is quite long.
