Spacious room. There is 24-hour mamak restaurant that can be accessed from hotel lobby. Perfect location for city vibe.

If you are a person who is looking to sleep early, just be aware that street music remains until about 1:30am. But if you are looking to stay awake until early morning then it is perfect for you.

Location was superb, easy access to everyway. Walking distance. Traffic jammed ofcourse. We enjoyed our stay. We were offered free tour ride by the hotel to the Chocolate factory & Coffee testing. Nice experienced. Staffs very helpful. Changed towels & topup tissues everyday.

Entrance walkway doing some renovation. Grab find difficulty to drop us. We travel with kid & stroller. We stayed in connecting room, one of the room a/c feels warm. Complained & they checked but still no different. So we decided just to leave the connecting door stays open. Shower drainage very slow.

Good location. Spacious room. We stayed in quadruple & standard deluxe with view (connecting rooms), good for 5 adults & a baby. Facing to Jln Alor. Enjoyed the view & busking musics, city never sleeps :) Warm shower, fridge, kettle in room. Good a/c.

Hotel entrance under construction & Grab driver complaining about the drop off zone. Room telephone not working. Poor wifi connection. Ironing needs to be done nearby lift area, a bit hassle to go out from the room.

They switched our rooms when we told them the AC wasn't working which was nice. The staff was helpful. The location was superb.

The room we had, had no window so it felt very dark and stuffy although it was huge. Had to pay a deposit to borrow their luggage weigh and the room had no safe box. The reception wanted us to pay a deposit to ask them to keep our passports.

The room was very clean, I like it so much, especially the long table, toilet had no smell at all, this room seems newly renovated but no smells at all. Very convenient to me, front is jalan alor(food street), just have 3minutes walk to lot10 and also in between 10minutes to Pavillion.

Strategic location. A lot of food at Jalan Alor at night. Food is Superb. Shopping mall like Pavilion, Fahrenheit, Lot10, Berjaya Time Square, Sungei Wang plaza all walking distance Train station (bukit bintang station) entrance/exit is right in front of the hotel which make travelling much more easier using lrt/mrt

Room air-con is centralized and temperature cant be adjusted. Thus, room is extremely cold all the time. Shower heater temperature is not hot. Sink water is much more hotter than the shower water itself.

The front desk staff really friendly. The room was really big & cozy. All the hotel staff very helpful from my first day of staying on 18Dec2024 till 26Dec. Will come back again to stay in the hotel.

Amazing location, couldn’t have asked for more. 15 seconds walk to both the Entrance A of Bukit Bintang MRT station and to Jalan Alor. About 5mins walk to Bukit Bintang monorail. Walking distance to Pavilion and Lot 10 mall. Special mention to the cleaner, he was really nice and hardworking. I went inside the bathroom while he was cleaning, and he was gone when I got out. After about 30-45mins, he came back to clean the bathroom without being asked. I’m so impressed, thank you very much. Staff are very helpful too, helped me with my room preference and booking a grab car for the airport.

The strategic location, it's at the heart of BB. Staff are helpful. Clean bedroom and good room service.

The hot water seems to have their own schedules. Most of the time they're not that hot and it's not comfortable to shower under cold water at night time.
