We arrived a handful of minutes before the earliest arrival time - but that seemed to be no problem. The hotel is in the main street but we were able to park just opposite and leave the car there. Efficient and friendly reception and very pleasant room. The evening meal was exceptionally good value for money and thoroughly satisfying. Given that the overnight accommodation was also very reasonably priced we felt that it had been an excellent choice.

They only had two solo rooms- as we were a family of 4, I booked both and one kid went into one room with one adult. They put us on the 1st floor balcony that adjoined each other, so while it was not a 2 bedroom- if definitely felt that way. The bathrooms are modern and clean. Also- their breakfast was awesome. Fresh churros, pastries and juices.. also great selection of eggs, jamón and bread. Thank you

I wish they had more availability! We only got to stay there for one day. Next time- I would want to stay there longer.

The room was spacious & modern. Unfortunately, the room was rather warm but as it was April we were told the air con wouldn’t start till May!! The evening meal was served by helpful, cheery staff & was delicious. My only complaint would be that the water wasn’t terribly hot for a bath …….. but the hotel situation was perfect, the staff ver helpful & friendly would definitely stay here again!

Lovely hotel in the centre of Daroca in keeping with the old town. Staff really welcoming. Continental breakfast was fine as we enjoyed a lovely dinner at the hotel the previous evening. We had a standard room which was comfortable especially as it had air conditioning. Gated car parking a few hundred yards from the hotel was a bonus. Whilst the restaurant had set opening times there is a cafe/bar open from early to very late.

It is difficult to find any issues that would have enhanced our stay.

Great for our one night stop over in an interesting little town. Spacious, very clean room overlooking the hotel's courtyard with bath & shower. A small fridge was also a benefit ( very handy). We had a fantastic meal in the evening which was great value.We also enjoyed a great breakfast. Hotel parking, although we parked on the street opposite. A perfect stop for us & we would definitely stay again.

We have stayed at Hotel Cienbalcones many times & have never had any issues at all. Nice airy room, peaceful and pleasant. Breakfast is always good and so it was again. We know where the 'hidden' parking area is so could go straight to it then a few yards to the hotel. Always perfect for our requirements.

Having said we never had issues, on this occasion we were not happy with the bedding, it was marked. We spoke to reception & the response was immediate to change it without any quibble. Though we used the wash basin on arrival, we didn't fill it. Next morning one of us filled & used the wash basin but unfortunately after use discovered there was no plunger handle to release the plug. Though we tried manually to raise the plug we could not. We reported to reception as we left the hotel & as expected the receptionist was most apologetic & recorded the issue for attention. Nothing serious & it didn't spoil our stay.

Hotel was as expected overall. Rooms are comfortable, large and plenty of storage. Perhaps the shower arrangement is a bit dated (over the bath with a curtain. ) The location is good in the town centre ( although the car parking was difficult to find at first) . Restaurant was excellent as were the staff. Tremendous value.

Shower and on the night we needed it ( exceptionally hot ) the air conditioning was off. But the staff solved the problem for us with a fan .

Breakfast. Never saw a member of staff all the while we ate. Help yourself, but hot water for teas was lukewarm . Very little choice unless you liked cheese or spicy meats. Couldn’t ask for help as no one around. Very disappointed after the meal and service we had the night before.

Lovely hotel in centre of historic town, comfort & cleanliness of a very high standard. Great restaurant serving tasty food at value for money prices. Recommend 100%&will return

Being a medieval town it's not built for the motor car so hire a small car which is easy to park and explore the narrow lanes or just walk after finding a parking spot(visited October outside of school holidays)

I did not complete all the questions regarding the hotel. The message did not respond in total, with regards to my thoughts and comments on this hotel and village, yes in my opinion the village is one of the amazing best and only topped by the pleasure of staying 3 times in the last year at this property, the most amazing staff, hotel and a superb village, could not top it and my serious thoughts given to the Ukrainian young lady Yana and her family supported with work at the Cienbalcony hotel
