Location is truly amazing, rooms are very comfortable and the team in the hotel is really nice and helpful. Very good option if you want to do hotel+spa in the area,
Found it a bit pricey and the breakfast could have been a bit better, but all in all it was a great stay!

As a health reatreat thsi place is great. I reccoment that you must do the full spa treatment, it is better than advertised adn great value. Anybody who has not tried a float bath must!

Bainuetxeak natura eremu zoragarria du inguruan, Doneztebe herritik gertu. Logela handia eta erosoa zen. Hala ere, ez genuen berogailu bat itzaltzea lortu eta bero handiegia egiten zuen. Gosaria oso goxoa eta oparoa. Spa zoragarria. Aparkatzeko arazorik ez.
COVID 19aren aurkako neurriak zeuden span eta zenbait gunetan gehienez bi/lau pertsona bakarrik egon zitezkeen (saunan eta flotariumean). Jende asko zegoenez, kasu batzuetan denbora dexente itxarotea tokatu zitzaigun.

lovely retreat in country location. spotless rooms.
buffet dinner and breakfast ok at best. few unappetising dishes amongst the selection. additional 17 euro to use pool also a bit steep.

We had thin sheet and no extra covers were available. We had to swith on the heater on which I thing unnecessary in warm day!

The spa excellent and there was a nice walking route departing from the hotel.
the food at the restaurant was not very good, and the buffet was like a school one, a bit shabby. And it didnt smell nice for like of ventilation. Windows closed! The cafeteria wasnt nice either.

In a beautiful area. Friendly staff.
We paid 18 euros each for a buffet dinner but the quality was quite poor. A little expensive for what is offered both for the room and the food.
