Nice comfortable bed. Nice breakfast - plenty of choice.

The toilet and shower. Hated the doors - what plonker decided that private places became public? Put on proper doors - not just frosted glass which do not close properly. Also the shower floor was extremely slippy - very dangerous. Last thing, make sure that people can find the place - it's in the BUSINESS CENTER - tell people so they don't wander around having to ask everyone!!

Room was adequate for our needs to be at the airport for a red eye flight the next morning. Terminal restaurants/snack bars a short walk from facility.

Located in the wrong terminal for our flight., but we knew this. The free Terminal Transfer bus failed to turn up on time and forced us to take a taxi between terminals.

Check-in went smoothly. The receptionist was fluent in both Spanish and English, and was super nice. The location is completely superb. Being right inside the airport, we didn't have to worry about waking up too super early to catch our 6:00 AM flight to Frankfurt. Also it's just a 3 minute walk to an in-airport vendor and sweets store (Dolcemania). The breakfast (complimentary) area opened at 4:50 AM so as to not neglect the guests who had early flights. I'd definitely stay here again!

I didn't mind it, but the room was quite small, and the a little bit higher priced than I would have wanted, but neither of these points will keep me from returning here in the future- which I fully intend to do.

I had paid for a full day, but I arrived about 1 - 2 hours early. I was still charged an extra $20 for early check-in. Every other hotel I've been to would have let me check in early without the extra need for money. Also, there was a place for snacks. I was told that I'd have to pay the "priority pass" fee to take snacks from there. That was surprising too, given that the snacks were nothing special. For a guest who has paid for a full 24 hour day, it would have been nicer if the property had been not quite so eager to get these extra earnings. Also, the gym was a little limited. I liked the treadmills but it would be nice if you got a weight-machine

I booked a night with the sleep and fly for my dad when his wallet, passport and phone was stolen at the airport when he was travelling alone for a snowboarding holiday. The woman at reception was by far the most helpful person during his whole stressful ordeal. After not eating for 36 hours she gave him some food at the breakfast buffet and allowed him to check into his room far earlier than scheduled. He had slept in the airport for the two nights previously. I would like to thank her and the rest of the hotel staff so much for their kindness and dad had an excellent stay until we could organise a flight home.

Room was very comfortable and spacious, facilities include a coffee maker and fridge in the room as well as a gym for those who need it. Included breakfast was simple but filling. Staff were attentive and friendly, especially the gentleman who mans the breakfast room. Great location within airport, literally a 2-minute walk to Iberia Puente Aereo/Air Shuttle termimal. Cafeteria Como outside the Sleep & Fly is convenient and has decent food, though a bit pricy.

Some elements may have been overlooked such as the shower door not closing all the way. Hopefully this can be looked into for all the rooms to avoid puddling in the main area.

Located in the terminal, no need to go outside, a life-saving option if you have an early flight or late arrival. Very helpful staff that check flight info for you and tells you how far away your gate is. Breakfast served very early so you will have a chance to bite something. Coffee machine in the room is a nice touch.

I would say that despite double bed, it is a single room. There's open floor bathroom and using a toilet that is placed almost in the middle of the room is a peculiar experience even if you are alone. If you plan to share a room with someone, take that into account.

The room & staff were excellent. The room is soundproof to the outside. There is a door between the bedroom & bathroom, When it is closed, the bedroom is soundproof to the outside hallway. The breakfast room was clean, quiet & well-stocked with a variety of choices. The coffee was good.

The hotel was a little difficult to find. Their directions get you to the airport. The signs to the hotel, inside the airport, only begin once you get close. Ideally the hotel should provide a walking map inside the airport. We arrived at the car rental drop-off. A map from there would have been good.

It’s in Terminal 1 and I have to fly back to uk at odd times off season from Mallorca so it’s perfect for saving time by traveling in at night and out early

It’s in an airport lounge breakfast was not that great would be better to eat in the terminal. Finding the hotel you have to follow the “barcelona Madrid corridor” the sleep and fly sign isn’t shown until your at the actual hotel they don’t tell me that bit. So took me 30 mins to find it
