The Safari Trip and the guide was excellent. Really enjoyable and our Spanish guide (who also had excellent English and she explained everthing in both languages) She was very funny and throughly engaging throughout and her knowledge of the animals was immense and made the trip. Got to see all the Rhinos, amazing Zebras Giraffes etc. and the Open top Truck was great. Best part of the trip.We stayed overnight in Watu Huts & plenty to do and see all the animals over the 2 days stopping off for a bit of lunch in afternoon in restaurant. I night is plenty as you really have experienced everything by then. All the staff were lovely and very helpful to us and I would definately recommend as we and our teenage kids had a great time!

Zipline was only operational at the weekends only so missed out on that but no big deal!.

This was an unbelievable find. Whilst the accommodation in the Masai lodges was fairly basic it was nonetheless more than acceptable for a single night stay, with adequate space and en-suite with good shower. The accommodation is located within the animal park and included with the accommodation was admission to the park and the "Serengeti tour", which is a 45 minute tour on one of the park's open side buses with an extremely knowledgeable and multi-lingual guide. This included close up encounters with zebra, rhinos, hippos and various other animals. Excellent car parking, with helpful reception staff and staff in the park cafeteria for dinner and breakfast.

Only minor downside was lack of any wifi service. The park itself is quite hilly but two unfit pensioners coped reasonably well.

We loved the little huts in the Masai village which came equipped with a fridge and a communal microwave. The staff were all exceptionally friendly and helpful. The park was well run and we thoroughly enjoyed the safari and explanations given about the animals. The tickets for the Safari were included in the price of the room. We could also wander through parts of the park in the evening too which made it feel special as it was quiet. We would also like to thank the male member of staff who drove us up to the safari park start so we wouldn't miss our safari. He also helped us later to start our car after we had a flat battery. Many thanks to him unfortunately we didn't get his name.

How money and power has allowed the location to be ruined by Apartment blocks to be built behind the park thus ruining the feeling of being in the middle of a forest. The town hall should not have allowed this.

Complete package with breakfast , zip line, safari and entree of the park. The safari is great and very educational. The park is clean and well maintained. The accomodation is simple , clean and very nice beds and views!!! Absolutely recommended for families !

All was nice. It would be. Plus to have a coffee/tea possibility in the room or the communal areas (stayed in watu), The lighting in the cabin could be more cozy this was very bright ... I would prefer to have more healthier food options in the restaurants in the park and the water could be cheaper ( 1.90 for a 500ml bottle)

A very interesting option for an overnight stay with children - the hut is located in the middle of the zoo, surrounded by animals whose sounds you can listen to all night. At night you can walk around a small part of the zoo and see some of the animals that are inactive and sleeping during the day. Safaru included in the price is a must do: you can feed the zebras yourself and see the hippos feeding. Our daughter was thrilled. Also, the safari takes you to the far side of the zoo, which is located on high ground, and you don't have to walk there - after the safari is over, you just comfortably walk back down through the zoo, studying the animals and walking down the shady alleys.

We were traveling with two children, ages 13 and 2, and had asked Staff in advance to install a crib in our hut for our younger daughter. Staff replied in chat that Masai hut is only for three guests so they will not install a crib for us, however our younger daughter can sleep in the bed with us. Surprisingly, when we checked in - the crib was installed.

Great family trip with teenagers, we all had a great time! We stayed in the Zulu lodge, 2-bed apartment - small but very comfortable. Being in the park out of hours was really nice, having the place almost to ourselves, having dinner listening to the animals and walking around as the sun went down. The guest safari was great. I really recommend that. All staff were really helpful and friendly and even the food was good. Breakfast was basic but really nice, there's a pool, and the park itself is great.

You feel like you’re in the nature surrounded by the zoo animals and birds. My first experience in such hotel/ lodge. Good experience. I am not lucky to enjoy, because of the heavy rain which cut electricity and leaked by dropping some water inside the lodge. The breakfast was delayed until the reparation of electricity.

Leak of water during rain. Electricity cut at midnight. I should use the cell phone light to go to toilet.

We chose to go for the Zulu Villa to enjoy the most of the stay as it has a great outdoor space. Since the park closes at 6pm, the terrace was the key attraction offering great view on the park. We enjoyed working around after the closing, so peaceful. The activities included were also a hit for both kids and adults (especially the safari). The staff were friendly and helpful. Some comments complained about getting the luggage to the rooms, but we were accompanied by car so installation was smooth.

Mosquito nets are needed to be able to open the windows - less one time use plastic and sorting bins needed to keep with the park commitment on caring for the animals and the planet.

We didn't know what to expect from a night in the zoo, but everyone loved it. The whole experience was wonderful and we would definily suggest anyone to visit this lodge and stay there for at least one night. The zoo has great selection of exotic animals, and a safari was included to see some of the cool creatures close up.

One or two nights is the maximum I would stay in this lodge, as you can see and do everything, and afterwards you would get bored quick.

Breakfast was continental, juices, fresh fruit, cereal,ham and cheese well presented. Toast and Croissants all good for family. We ate at Restaurant evening meal, Burgers were delicious and very clean tables and chairs. Lunch the 2nd day we had selection of pizzas and were equally tasty. Our driver was very helpful and provided a foot step for me, as found the van step to high.

A step in each van would be good.
