The grounds of the hotel are unbelievable, had the most amazing stay. The staff are all genuinely lovely, especially at the bar by the main pool, in the spa, and the bell boys. Wish I had their names to thank them individually. Cannot wait to go back. Truly beautiful place for a break

Was slightly disappointed in the food at lombocci. Nothing special for the price. Had “italian” pasta but tasted more like a microwave meal. However a lovely place visually to have a meal. Would recommend Koh Samui to eat. Email and ask before you go which restaurants are open for the week of your stay and book before you go. I went half board but paid for the buffet for 2 nights, plenty of choice, however you could get a meal for 2 and drinks in the restaurants for the same price.

Hotel rooms, facilities, staff, breakfast, surroundings, activities offered. Everything together makes your stay unforgettable.

Mostly nothing but if I need to say something, the fact that you have to pay if you want to use the spa without a massage. Staying at the hotel should allow you to use the spa without an additional cost, in particular when the outdoor pools are not warm enough.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I must say, it was a fantastic experience from start to finish! Every aspect of my stay was enjoyable, and I can't wait to share my positive feedback. The hotel's ambiance was inviting, and my room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with all the amenities I needed. What truly set this hotel apart was its exceptional staff. The team members were warm, friendly, and always ready to go the extra mile to ensure guests' satisfaction. From the reception desk to the restaurant and the concierge, every staff member seemed genuinely dedicated to making my stay memorable. They were very professional but also personable, making me feel valued as a guest, staff was incredibly attentive and proactive in accommodating my requests. Their professionalism and willingness to assist with any queries or concerns I had made a lasting impression on me.

The setting and the gardens were superb, the staff were friendly, the variety of restaurants were excellent, either for a full meal, or a snack. You could sit and eat by a pool, walk in the superb gardens or find a quiet space and just sit and relax.

It is not a dislike, its just that if you are on your own or a couple, there are plenty of families in the facility, so some noisy children, there are specific areas in the grounds for children, so you can find your own space. As you know Spanish Hotels cater for children, but with different bars you can find what you want.

The room we had was bigger than expected, smelt lovely, staff were so great, extremely attentive. cannot believe the google reviews of this place, almost made me cancel our trip and I’m so glad we didn’t listen. the food is beautiful, cannot be faulted. the pools are lovely. some are heated. i had an amazing time. would 100% go again

I think it would be nice to have ‘smartly dressed’ in the restaurants rather than compulsory trousers for men only, as we had to eat in the buffet every night because of this - although the buffet is actually amazing

The place is amazing, we loved staying there. The nature, the pools were incredible. I like the zones that the hotel made and that you can choose one that fits your mood. the hotel manager was super nice with us, really grateful for the help. the cocktails are the best.

it was a bit too crowded. the place is huge and in some places you can see that there are a lot of people. Restaurants are quite disappointing to be honest, expensive and unfortunately nothing special but the rest all is perfect, amazing place, we are definitely coming back

The breakfast was excellent, quality food and lots of choice. The room was spacious and clean. Asian restaurant food was exquisite. The staff is very attentive and helpful.

We had some issues to get room services (food, pillows, iron), even after multiple calls and trips to the reception counter they were not delivered. The pool area needs some attention, lounges cushions, towels are dated, beds need maintenance. Periodic issues with mosquitos in room. Self service dinner choice should be better for the price. The TV receiver had some issues and needed to be unplugged now and then.

You travel into a different world when you enter the hotel. Its a quiet Asian oasis where the most noise you'll hear is the wind in the rainforest trees and the gurgle of water in streams and waterfalls. Total relaxation.

The room was spacious and comfortable but looked in need of good spruce up. Paintwork in the patio was chipped and we had a cobweb in the toilet for the full 3 days we stayed

Asia Gardens is my favourite hotel, I visit as often as I can. The staff are wonderful, the grounds are exquisite and the buildings beautiful. This time a member of my party who was staying nearby, was celebrating a big birthday and I asked if our whole party could come for dinner in the buffet restaurant. The guest services, particularly Andrea was brilliant and helped me to order cake and balloons for thee table to make it a little more special. The service we received on the night in question was excellent too. There is a new pool area, Lombok, I spent a lovely afternoon sitting in the shade of the trees with a couple of cocktails and my book.

I asked for a room with twin beds and was actually given a lower ground room with 3 beds which was unnecessary and took up space. I have stayed many times and this was my least favourite room so far as I felt underground. The room was nice but not my favourite.

Beautiful setting. Very tranquil. Stunning pools and places to relax. The spa is excellent. The food is reasonably priced considering it is a luxury hotel. I love the rooms. Incredibly comfortable beds and nice neutral/natural decor.

There are not enough vegan options in any of the restaurants. The hotel has a policy of no sun bed reservation with towels. However, they do not enforce it! It's really frustrating.
