The hotel is spacious and pleasingly decorated with plenty of areas to sit and relax in quiet. The breakfast area is easily negotiated and they have a well shaded and pleasing outside dining area.

Sadly at the pool area the toilets weren’t regularly inspected quite disappointing. There seemed evidence of an outside bar however this long seemed closed and the area was used by the diving and kiddies corner. Having no outside bar meant a lot of wet people in and out of the hotel to get drinks, not really a good option.

Night shift manager - seemed very rude and condescending. It may have been a language barrier, but when every other staff member is very helpful, his behaviour stood out.

Great location, nice pool and nice rooms.

We got rooms on different floors, and very far from one another. The ocean view room was great, the standard room was on low floor and noisy from other rooms and the street noise. We needed clean towels on the last day and were told no :(

Location is excellent and right next to the beach. Buffet meals cater for many types of dishes, room was modern/clean/comfy bed, pool area is really nice.friendly helpful staff.

There's not much not to like. However, tea, coffee making facility in the room Would be nice. Free towel for the pool area would be convenient.

The room was in need of maintenance, with cracks in the walls, and a bathroom door that was extremely difficult to open and close. The breakfast buffet was expansive, but lacked variety of healthy choices and fresh juices.

there are not to much light in the chiki-park. I will love to have the check-out at 12 instead of at 11:30.

The crew was so helpfull. Since we couldn't have late check out because it was fully booked, we were allowed to use all tje facilities, and have a shower at the spa before we left. The rooms ara comfortable and breakfast is good Very good location near the beach

Not hot drink facilities in room ,no pool towels , not very good cooked selection at breakfast . Having to wear swim hats in in door pool. No access to English speaking channels on tv

Good and varied breakfast but dinner wasn't great, especially main course dishes that looked and tasted as though they had been cooked hours before.
