Good size room, comfortable beds and very clean throughout. Easy access from the hotels secure underground car park to the room. Really nice spacious eating area, inside and out. Excellent large varied choice of breakfast foods. Good value all round. Would definitely return again!

Nothing disliked at all !!!

The price, hotel is good value for money. The room was very comfortable and clean, aircon worked well, bed comfortable. Evening meal was surprisingly good and the service was really excellent. Underground secure parking was also excellent. Location is good, just off main ring road and near restaurants.

Not much. Maybe the insistence on booking a table for dinner when it was midweek and quiet when we went down. Would also have been nice to have been able to make a hot drink in the room.

Everything was very comfortable, clean, and taken care for. It has free parking lot, so it makes it easy when you rent a car. Breakfast is great, although it could be even better with fruits. The access card system works very well, and the entrance is open the 24h.

The personnel was not always the nicest.

The car park facility were excellent offering off road and/or underground options. Reception staff were courteous, helpful and efficient. The Sunday evening meal options was limited; pizza or sandwiches. The pizza was good. The facility in the IBIS was roomy and the bathroom excellent with a hot powerful shower. Easy to find off the AP2, which is no longer a toll road. Though near urban highways the soundproofing in the room gave us a peaceful nights sleep

Minor complaint. No plug facility near a mirror for my wife to use a hair dryer . A second pillow would have been nice.

Comfortable, clean and modern hotel. Staff were all helpful. Food was good and reasonable value. Lleida is an interesting area generally.

Found accessing the hotel with my out of date satnav almost impossible. I didn't have much hair left by the time I got to the hotel which I'd passed on the wrong side of the road about five times!

Parking onsite was free. Hotel room had all necessary furnishings & amenities (except a kettle). Staff were friendly. Onsite restaurant had a good menu and was available for dinner & breakfast (for a fee). Wifi was good. It was an easy walk to town centre and castle. Convenient access from the ring road (and motorway). Good value.

It met our expectations

The front desk receptionist of yesterday evening (28th) and the other one of today morning (29th) were just great: kind, helpful and charming. At the restaurant, both yesterday's dinner and today's breakfast, personnel were at the same level. Good quality service is never something that is too much stressed.

Everything. Staff welcoming and accommodation exceptionally clean. Food excellent. Terrific value for money. Would most definitely recommend them to all our friends. We have travelled extensively across Europe and would wish to thank the staff for the welcome and service we received. Well done and thank you.

Hotel was very good, clean and comfortable. Staff attentive and excellent choice at breakfast. Location about 20 minutes walk in Lleida. Great location for motorway.

Lleida was not what I expected, very disappointed 😔

The room was simple but had everything you can need and it was very clean.

The service was good but you can see that the people working are very busy at all moment. They definitely need more people to take care of the reception/ bar/kitchen.
