Our friends returned to this location for the 4th time and based on their experience, the place is improving every time. The facilities did not change much, but the customer approach has improved considerably, especially when talking about food variation, quality and taste. Also, it was very pleasant to find the room cleaned and towels refreshed every day, even though we did not ask for this. Rooms are family oriented and felt like leaving in your own apartment. Lads could stay for sleepovers as there are 3 sleeping places in the living room. The mattress and the pillow were very comfortable, a very important aspect for a good night sleep. Not far from the beach, lots of amenities around, have their own pools and advertisement programs.

The air conditioning is working on its own, not always, but randomly, even though there is a control unit in the room. The noise it makes at the lowest speed is still uncomfortable during the night time. Lights are fluorescent and flashing when turning on. Other than that, must be very fussy to not like the place. :)

We had an amazing stay at the hotel, it’s perfect for families with small children and kids. Lot of activities for them. Staff was also very friendly and considerate for small children. It was easy to find free parking on the street in front each day, so no issues. Location also very good, close to supermarkets, shops and nearest Fenals beach

We requested for double bed but got 2 twin beds joined together which was very uncomfortable to sleep as the beds kept moving apart. Finally one of us settled sleeping on the living room sofa cum bed. Food was quite bland tastewise. They had a good variety but most of it tasted very bland and similar on most days. Breakfast was very much the same each day

Fantastic Hotel, so much entertainment for the family. Swimming pools were amazing, lots of fun for all ages and so clean and well managed. The waterpark was a huge hit every day and extremely safe. The resort was so relaxing and provided a huge range of foods hot and cold for breakfast every morning. The staff could not have been any more helpful or friendly. They were just lovely. We loved our stay here and will definitely be back.

All amazing, no negatives about the hotel. We did find the main town quite a walk but we were happy to mainly stay at the hotel as it had lots to offer.

The hotel is about one hour from Barcelona, which is not bad if you have a private car. It’s a family oriented resort and the lined up program are done to keep children engaged. I like the size of the pools and children will definitely have a good time. I was considering staying in an airBand B, but I think this was a better option eventually. You also have a private kitchen where you could decide to cook if you want. Overall I think it was a good value for money.

The staff where neither friendly nor hostile. I went in September and I get the impression they are already fatigued by the summer season. It didn’t affect their job though, I just didn’t feel the engagement.

The pool area is great for adults and children, the lifeguards are attentive and we had no trouble finding sunbeds. The indoor pool is good for cooler days. The hotel is clean and staff were all very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was excellent, it had a huge selection on offer with some stations making fresh items such as eggs and pancakes. The entertainment was good, we didnnt see the nighttime but there seemed to be lots on offer. The rooms are clean and the kitchen has everything you could need. The hotel was a 10 min walk to the beach, or a 5 min car drive to the town centre. There is a supermarket just outside the hotel.

Very nice breakfast with choice for everyone apart from coffee. Swimming pools great, slides very good for kids, my ones really enjoyed them. Most of the staff in reception very nice and helpfull. Hotel really goon for families, lots of activities. Location was good as well, short distance to beach, town centre and other activities. Rooms equipped with all what is needed on holidays.

Our room didn't look like it was cleaned even once during our 1 week stay - apart from changing towels and making the beds nothing else was done.

The night shows are great - The rooms are cleaned each day and the used towels are changed - The beds are comfortable - The inside swimming pool is heated during the cold months of the year

For every meal there is a long line in front of the dining room because they search each room number between a pile of papers in order to note the number of people - The food is good but it would be nice to have at least one spanish day and/or other theme day - The dinner is too late (19h) - The evening shows begin at 21h30, too late for kids - The adults activities almost never begin in time ... if they begin

Just arrived home from 10 days at the absolutely fantastic place!loved every minute of it from the hotel staff to the food and the warm hospitality! Hotel is excellent for families with children.Very nice and hardworking staff, very welcoming and friendly and helpful.I want give a special big thanks to reception Giil,Dmitry,Freddy and nice smile young boy who ring for taxi for me to airport ❤️thanks so much to all hotel staff, restaurant,bar,life guard, kitchen,cleaner, entertainment 👍you make the holiday very pleasant 👏we are get great time and definitely return to the hotel next year!❤️

Loved the location right between Fenals and lloret De Mar. It was a 10 minute walk to Fenals beach and 15 minute walk to the centre of Lloret De Mar. We were bed and breakfast, and it had everything we needed to set us up for the day. Plenty of food and the waffles and pancakes were a big hit. Also the freshly made Omlettes. The Apartment was big enough for 2 adults, 2 teenagers and a 6 year old, but we did spend a lot of time outside the apartment in the day and evening. The kitchen had a cooker and hob, but unfortunately the cooker kept tripping the electrics. The electrician came quickly but unfortunately it took 3 days to sort. The hotel gave us a free evening meal on the last night and a bottle of wine which was appreciated. I hadn't planned on cooking on the holiday only once or twice so it wasnt a big deal. The staff were so friendly and helpful. We dealt with Gail who was very helpful with an early check in and sorting the cooker issue out. The poolside had lots for the little ones, a kids club and activities over the day. There was Aquacise at mid day which was fun. The slides were a big hit with our 6 year old. The evening entertainment was very much for the Adults, apart from a Disney show which was excellent.

Maybe add some early entertainment specific to the children. The disco was good but it was very much the same every evening at 6.10pm with the same songs. Also the evening entertainment starting at 9.45pm a bit late with small children

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. Topnotch customer service and facilities. Large selection of breakfast items, some items cooked on demand, each item replenished quickly. Swimming Pools with different depth levels for kids, and adults, there are open and indoor(warmer) swimming pools as well. Location is good with many shops, restaurant, bus stops (to Barcelona/Barnes) nearby.

Rooms could have been renovated to match other areas of the hotel, as they look bit worn but still are very comfortable.
